For a refurbished item, this portable AC unit is amazing 👏🏼. It did take me a while to get used to the nighttime mode because you'll hear the unit running, then it'll stop, but after a while, you tune it out since it'll be white, noise.

We love these! We love that we can hang them high and use the remote to change the settings. We love the fifth size or swivel so you can direct it in a certain direction. One brightened up a quarter of our backyard which is huge! We hung the other on the other side of our yard last night and are waiting for tonight to see how it does but I'm sure it's the same! The media could not be loaded. Easy to set up and was working fair when i first set up. After the first use, the screw on the fan inside the case came off and began to rattle. There is no way for me to place the screw back on the fan therefore making this product useless and a waste of money. Due to the "original packaging" being throw out, the item is unreturnable.
