So I recently had to get a new to me vehicle but went from a fancy newish vehicle to an older vehicle that didn’t have any modern amenities. With that in mind and the traction on social media with these type of options I decided to give this one a go. Mounting is wonderful comes with two options, sticky pad and window mount like for phones. I was going to use the window mount but felt like it got in the way of the front facing camera too much for my liking so I went with the sticky pad. The sticky pad has wonderful adhesive and has not let me down. I live on a dirt road and it has held up great! It does also come with a back up sticky pad as well so I’ve held on to that just in case as the warmer weather approaches. Operation is great. No real lag to it that’s noticeable and switches applications great! Now to the operation of this device. Once power is supplied it will boot up to the Home Screen. On the Home Screen is the different functions to include car play/android auto and the different screen mirroring options with setting and camera applications. This device puts out a Bluetooth and WiFi signal which is easy to set up just like any other connection you would be doing with your phone. Once in CarPlay mode (iPhone user here) works just like it should with CarPlay applications!! No issues. My vehicle doesn’t have any Bluetooth to port the audio to from the device so at first I used the auxiliary cord option this worked just fine but I’m a neat freak and didn’t like the extra cord running on the dash. So I switched to the fm transmitter option. Set it to the station I wanted and it works great. There is a few seconds of when you turn your vehicle on that you get static from the station but once this unit turns on it tunes to the last saved tuning and transmitts with no issues! To switch between the transmitting options on the device there is a sound application on the Home Screen to change between the different options. Switching between car play and screen mirroring. When the device boots up it will stay in which ever mode was used last. To switch between them, upon initial boot, select the applicable option and it will confirm you want to change modes select yes and bam your good to go. Mine automatically stored the WiFi from the Bluetooth connection to utilize the screen mirroring. I have not been able to get any of the major streaming applications (Disney/netflix,prime) to work besides twitch and YouTube. To switch back or during option I’ve only had luck with shutting it down and rebooting to switch from CarPlay to screen mirroring. Camera are wonderful. I have a ram 1500 and had plenty of cable to run from the dash to the exterior and through the tail gate to mount the reverse camera. I utilized the reverse light to tap into with the camera wire (comes with this wire) to have the device auto switch to the camera full screen when the vehicle is placed in reverse. Dash camera works great and has a wide FOV. Split screen when running in split screen if you have both cameras hooked up you just swipe up/down or left/right to rotate to which camera you want for split screen! Hope this helps for those looking but not to sure and clears up any issues or things you couldn’t figure out if already purchased

This is a very good Wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Touch Screen Unit. I had been searching for a good unit for my Corolla 2013. I saw my friend has one (different brand, 7" touch screen) and I like the convenience of it. But my friend's unit touchscreen is lagging, and the connection is not very stable. I have been using this unit for almost 1.5 months now but only had 1 time it froze for 3 or 4 seconds but it came back right away. The installation was easy. I used the suction cup to mouth it on the top of the dashboard and it stays very well. The rear camera was mounted under the license plate, and it has been working very well. I like the wide screen of this unit. I can have both Google Map and Spotify (or other app) at the same time on screen, or I can display just 1 app. The sound was connected through Bluetooth connection of the car, so it sounds very good. The rear-view camera is clear, but it needs some time to get used to. You can calibrate the rear-view camera to your liking, which is a plus for me. The touch screen is bright and responsive. Using voice to control maps, typing messages is working well. Phone calls are also very clear. I like this unit a lot.

When I decided to purchase this display, I was skeptical on how responsive it would be since the price seems on the cheaper end. To my surprise overall this display works flawlessly, with a really clear resolution when using android auto, is very responsive, and was super simple to setup. A few things to note are since it is wireless, it will use up more of your phone battery but as long as you have it plugged in and charging that's not an issue. All of the cables it came with were long enough to setup in my corolla for the rear camera. Overall I would recommend this product for anyone that doesn't want to spend a lot on a smart touch screen stereo but still wants acces to apple car play or android auto.
