Check the audio set up: Using BENZ Bluetooth: 1.Pair your phone with BMW Bluetooth. 2.Set Use Car’s BT Channel → ON 3.Select BENZ Bluetooth as the audio source. Using AUX: 1.Select iDrive → CD/Multimedia → AUX Front 2.Set Use Car’s BT Channel → OFF Why is there no sound or the audio is not working? Please strictly falw the manuals audio setup. AIso, if your original car plug has a gren fibre optic cable,it MUST be transterred to the new wing harness connector. Screen goes black occasionally or CarPlay lags/is slow? This is usualy caused by the phone. Ensure youriPhone is updated to the latest iOs. Outdated software or a lagging phone willcause CarPlay nstablty.
