We just purchased a new house and its in Alabama and the foundation is a cement slab, and all of the water lines run under the floor. We usually have to run the water in the kitchen sink for what feels like ten minutes just to get hot water, and during the winter its even worse! So I thought I would pick this up and install in under the sink, what a great decision! Since the unit comes with a 110 plug, I just use the outlet that was already under the sink for the disposal and plugged the tank in there. I split the hot water line that ran to the faucet, ran that to the tank, and out of the tank back to the faucet, easy as pie! And the wife is thrilled! You know what they say, happy wife Happy life!
