The first time is heated to 400° C. for 10 minutes and then the furnace is cooled, and the second time is heated to 800° C. for 10 minutes and then cooled. For the third time, heat at 1100°C for 10 minutes and then cool. The fourth was the melting of gold 18k metal at 1100°C. When I checked the furnace when the temperature dropped, I found two small cracks, albeit slight ones, but they didn't seem to be a problem. Seems to be built well. As far as instructions, they re useless. I cant figure out how to contact customer service either. Way too many settings and no idea what to put it at.

This electric furnace has performed very well. I have used it multiple times at this point and I'm pleasantly surprised with its performance. I have used both crucibles and almost all of the molds that came with it. I am pouring silver with it so I turned the furnace up to 1100 degrees.the silver needs to be hot when poured and stay liquid so that it fills the mold correctly. I cannot say enough how great about you this furnace was at the time of my purchase. It was the cheapest furnace on Amazon and also had the most molds. crucibles, and tools that came with it.     • Bad quality and heat up problem

This melter gave us a hard time to heat on my copper melt and really burned through the crucible. More importantly it does not heat up enough to melt a full load. There are a lot other products of this kind on the market but this is definitely not the best choice
