It comes in a solid hard box with foam cutouts for each piece including impact, sockets, 2 batteries, charger and extension. It had plenty of power & torque to remove corroded lug nuts on my vehicle. Descent battery life with 2 included, so you have plenty of juice to get the job done. Good quality with the exception of the extension is too light duty for the power of the impact. I would recommend this product.

I'm really impressed with this Magsen 1/2 inch cordless impact wrench! The high torque and variable speeds make it perfect for tackling tough jobs, from changing lug nuts on my car to loosening stubborn bolts on my mower. The brushless motor and LED light are great features, and the two 4000mAh batteries provide plenty of power and runtime. This impact gun is a beast! I ordered it specifically to help swap a wheel bearing on a 13 year old Lexus. Removed lug nuts and caliper bolts with ease. Then came the big test, the final boss, a 30mm axle nut that was rusted on. I originally planned to use a breaker bar and then I saw this on Amazon. Price was really good, so I bought it. It took maybe 20-25s to get the axle nut removed. No hesitation or sputtering, just a constant slow grind from this work horse and boom!!! 30mm nut was removed without me breaking a sweat. Love it. I'm sure this will come in handy on future DIY projects. It comes with a lot of accessories: an extension, 2 batteries, five impact sockets....all in a nice sturdy carrying case. Prior to purchasing, I looked at a couple options at a local big box retailer. A similar impact from Bosch or Dewalt would cost at least double, maybe more. Overall this purchase was a huge success and a tremendous value. If you're in the market for an impact gun I highly recommend!!!!

It came complete with everything I needed and 2 batteries. Plus the price was amazing. Made quick work of my job,easy to operate and good torque. Also comes with a case to keep things together. Magsen includes 5 pins and rubber rings to add additional security to prevent sockets from coming loose. The pins that came with the tool were too large to fit into the tools anvil. I contacted Magsen and within hours they responded that there was a factory mistake and offered solutions. I don't think the pins are necessary for routine use but if you want to use their system, and get a tool that has the same problem I experienced, you could easily find or create your own pins to fit. (Per an email to me the hole was supposed to be machined to use a 3mmx22mm pin.} The most important info I want to convey is that: this company is the most responsive on-line retailer that I have dealt with in years! They should get 6 stars. The impact wrench works well and should be great for infrequent use since I think all of these economy tools probably have durability issues if they were used daily...an opinion that I have no experience to give. This is an excellent value tool.

Used this impact wrench while rotating the tires on my 2008 Camry, and it made the job so much easier despite the rusty lug nuts. they came off quickly and went back on snug, extra step of torqueing it to spec is still recommended, but i barely had to do any extra work cause the wrench got it toque down pretty on point. Feels solid, has good torque, and saved me a ton of time compared to using a regular lug wrench. Definitely worth it for DIY car maintenance.
