At first I was disappointed, because I didn't realize from the "photos" that there would be a slat-width gap between each slat. But these actually work wonderfully! I use them on my twin XL folding cot, underneath a tatami mat and Japanese futon. I think these slats are supportive enough to protect the tatami from damage, and the whole "bed sandwich" is strong enough to support both me and my spouse sitting on it (which is no small feat). I'm using Gorilla Grip because the slats still kind of slip around -- the fabric shell keeping the slats together doesn't have any grip of its own -- but all in all, these work great! The only thing that frustrates me is, one wooden board on the very outside actually arrived warped, and it still hasn't settled down. ... show more

I put these on our queen metal platform bed frame. I will say they were sliding around quite a bit. What I did was take a zip tie at each corner and zip tied the vertical slat to the horizontal metal slat. That seemed to take care of the sliding issue( note this bed frame did not have any kind of lip on the side to capture the vertical slats or mattress. ... show more

Does cover my full size platform bed. So I can't sit on the edges without the bed sagging. And I have a brand new full size mattress. It was a total waste. Can't send back . Threw out the box. And it wouldn't fit in car anyway. The measurements were completely off. Very disappointing 😞
