This set comes with 12 24” tiles of interlocking rubber gym flooring, when connected you can make a 6’ x 8, workout space. I wanted new flooring for my gym area to protect my concrete flooring from weights and provide a bit of cushion for the feet. I was a bit skeptical of the purchase because there are not many details on the product page, but I was pleased when I finally received them. They have the durable rubber matting on top of soft fluffy EVA foam, so not only will they resist tears, rips and dents, but they help cushion your feet and provide a softer floor for doing floorwork during workouts. The rubber matting on top has a slight texture to help prevent slipping, and provide grip for your benches or other exercise equipment. The foam also helps provide some noise dampening so clanking weights are more quiet for my neighbors or others in the house. Each square has 2 interlocking strips that give a straight edge to the square so you can really create a lot of different shapes while maintaining a straight edge and “finished” look to the flooring. I also really appreciate that the tiles seem to fit flush to one another when connected so you can hardly see the seams. They are easy to clean, and so far have been a welcome addition to my gym. They are a pretty hefty investment, but have made my garage gym feel much more “official” and comfortable.

I’m absolutely loving these exercise flooring tiles! As soon as I set them up in my home gym, I noticed a huge difference in comfort and support – especially for my back, which had been hurting on my previous cement floor setup. The thickness of these tiles provides excellent cushioning with just enough give. They’ve been great for everything from yoga to weightlifting. I appreciate the high-quality feel of the tiles, and they’ve held up well after two months of daily use – no separation between tiles, which is pretty incredible. While there was a strong scent when I first unpackaged this, it disappeared completely within a few days. They interlock securely, creating a seamless surface that both looks and feels like one solid mat, offering not only support but also protection for my workouts. Plus, they add peace of mind when it comes to mistakenly dropped equipment.

There's a thin layer of rubber with an underlying layer of Eva foam. They interlock and don't shift around on you and give good protection to the floor and add a bit of comfort to your space. I wouldn't recommend putting heavy gym equipment on these as they will compress and distort. These work well for a treadmill or on floor exercises. That don't put heavy loads on any given small area. They lay down quick and there's enough edging to customize your layout. They cleanup easily with vaccuum or a light mop. They are not as durable as solid rubber mats but they are less exspensive and much lighter making them easier to put in the space or remove and store.

These are really heavy duty (and heavy) rubber floor tiles, and well worth the price. I like being being able to arrange the mats in the configuration you need (i.e. - in a big square, in a longer rectangle, etc.). These are THICK, and easily support even the heaviest exercise equipment. I have my treadmill on them, and use a square of 4 tiles separately for other exercises. They provide enough cushion that it most definitely helps alleviate some of the stress on my knees and ankles. Overall, these are great quality and a really good value for the price of the set. I recommend these!!

Works well under a weight bench. If you are dropping some big weight on this you might need Matt that is solid rubber but for moderate weights it’s great. Interlocks well and feels good underfoot. Heavy rubber smell at first but goes away in a couple days

Opening this up was quite an experience! We were almost floored by the smell. That is memorable! You might want to air this out a few days. We needed to. Now, once you move on from that? It's really nice! It's thicker than the other set that I have, so I really appreciated that. I would probably call it "moderate" as far as that goes. We use it in the center of our gym as padding for HIIT exercise and yoga. It's NICE to hop on that rather than the hard floor! I could also see using it under the weight benches or recumbent bike and such. It would work for that, in my gym anyway. They look good! I wanted to dock one star for the smell and the price, but I really DO like the quality. So I'll keep the five stars and I do recommend these, but I would wait until there was a sale to get them again, personally.
