There are a lot of choices for this size safe so it's hard to decide. I compared many and this one is fine.....now. I had a difficult time setting the pass code as the directions weren't exactly clear about the final step. The company doesn't seem to have a site for questions as you are advised to e-mail, which I did. That was a couple of weeks ago and I did not receive a response. After several days of trial and error I did get the number set and all is now well. Just to clarify, I sent the directions to my sister, a mathematician and a friend who is in banking. Right out of the box we didn’t like the instructions but managed to get it working for the most part. DATE AND TIME setting do not work as other reviewers have said. Debating sending back but we’re only going to use it for prescriptions.

Way way smaller than the picture lead me to believe.. Documents don't fit in this safe, smaller items like S.S cards, passports that kinda small maybe a birth certificate but definitely not any documents normal size Very disappointed. Live n Learn won't buy another safe online only in person 😭

This was a great find! I love the keypad and this is a decent size! It fits exactly where we intended to place it and although it took a hot minute to locate the instructions, once found, it was super easy to use. I highly recommend if you have valuables or need to keep something locked up. And it is heavy so it’s not going anywhere! Great price. decent safe for the money. not fireproof, so you need a fireproof bag if you are worried about fire getting your documents. I doubt its very water tight, but if its just a sprinkler system or something similar it should be o.k.
