Never again
The bear came with a large hole where the left arm connects to the body of the bear. I called amazon to request a replacement. The replacement arrived with the nose glued on crooked and the mouth stitching not attached literally hanging off. Picture included I do not suggest buying anything from them. I can understand one mishap, but to have both of them come damaged it ridiculous! These bears are half made and they just want the money. Some people will overlook these issues. I however will not If I paid for something I expect to get what I paid for. If it was advertised as slightly defective I would not have an issue, however I didn’t buy a slightly defective bear.

Great teddy bear!
I purchased the 31" purple teddy bear. The bear came vacuum sealed but inflated and fluffed up without any problems. I've attached a picture of what the bear looked like directly after opening it. It does have a zipper on the back of the bear. When I smelled the fur closely it had a mild odor that most online items have these days. A little odor eliminating spray took care of it. Update: After 6 months or so of semi rough playing with my daughter the leg started coming off. We sewed it back up and it was fine until we washed it. At which point the leg came off completely. None of the other stuffed toys fell apart in the wash. We sewed it back up again and so far it has been fine. It's still her favorite "stuffy".

Description says NOT VACUUM PACKAGED well it is vacuum packed 😠
I'm so disappointed! The description of the item says NOT VACUUM PACKAGED. I received a vacuum packed teddy bear and spent 2 hours straightening it up and it looks nothing like the teddy bear in the picture. It's not wearing a bow tie and its not proportional. I got this because my boyfriend wanted to get me a Valentine's gift and the fact that I had to remove all the stuffing and make it fluffy as per the instructions on the recieved packaging is annoying. I don't think I will even feel comfortable sleeping next to the teddy after such hard work. I'm still contemplating whether or not to get a refund!

Really cute and cuddly
This bear is super cute. It is a little thinner and seems to have longer legs than what is pictured. I was surprised when it arrived because it was in a small box. It was vacuum sealed in a bag inside the box. It expanded immediately. I think my daughter will love it. I’ll try to add a photo tomorrow.

Extremely poor qualtiy
First I have only had this giant teddy bear for 1 week and its already ripping at the seems and falling apart. Second the packaging it was sent in was a complete joke. I didn't even realize it was the bear in the box at first because the box was about 4 times smaller than the bear itself. It was shipped in one of those vacuumed space saving bags. Which in turn smashed all of the stuffing into the middle of the bear and the rest was flat. My girlfriend who the gift was for had to buy more stuffing at a store and use the zipper on the back to fill it in order to make the bear at least look like it was filled. It looks absolutely nothing like those pictures at all. I should have waited for my local department store to get the real giant teddy bears back in stock but unfortunately I didn't and instead got screwed with a bear that is already falling apart and all we have done with it is have it sitting in a chair in our room. If I could give a 0 star rating I would but for whatever reason amazon doesn't allow that.

Awesome!
My daughter had surgery and had to stay in bed with her knee above her heart for several weeks. This was better than trying to stack pillows for her leg. When she was done with the recovery, she pulled out the stuffing and used it for a costume!!

When I first got this product in I thought okay all I got to do is take the stuffing out but it fluff and it be fine after letting it sit out for a few hours and then start stuffing and then realized the tail wasnt even on and it the bear wasn't even really that tail. Its basically a piece of cloth stamped on there and then find out once I fully stuffed it it look deformed so I figured maybe if I put more stuff in there to fill it out it should give it shape but even then it was even more deformed also as well the teddy bear the face on there was hideously done not even professional it looks like somebody just took a piece of needle nd sewed one end in and it's sewed the other end without actually doing a good job and the mouth actually came off as I was stuff in it. This is just ridiculous craftsmanship and it's lazy at that will not buy from them again!
