This is great for our small pup. It’s definitely not sturdy enough to keep a bigger dog in. It was easy to assemble. I have hard red dirt so I had to be careful when putting it in the ground. If I wasn’t it would start to bend. It has a nice design and looks nice.

This short small garden fence is pretty nice looking. It's not real Stout and micro welds for the panels in many cases are broken. Some of them show bare metal so I'm pretty sure the going to be a rust problem with these developing over the next year or so. They're not stout enough to be able to hammer them into the ground. We wound up having to dig out the rocks, position the panels, and then backfill the dirt. All in all they seem to do a decent job for appearance, but they're not really for much more than that. If you trip over them or an animal gets into them, they are not going to hold up well. These might work if you are looking to make a small decorative border in a non-traffic area. But if you're fencing anything in, you will want to look elsewhere for something more robust.

This decorative garden fence kit is really no good. First of all it came with missing stakes, zip ties and any kind of instructions. So it is not usable at all without those parts. As to the panels themselves they are not even one piece and do not feel sturdy. Also there is no way they are 36 inches. Both panels put together can make up only something like 2 feet. For the same price you can get solid one piece fencing so this multiple parts flimsy short fence kit with missing pieces on top of everything is not acceptable at all and cannot be recommended.

I am now on decorative fence design 17, as I work to keep a young lab/mix dog from destroying the drip system in my many garden beds. This is an adequate fence, but there are more robust models to choose from. I ordered this one because it is one of the taller fences available and it does work for its intended purpose. However, the construction has messy welding joints and the difficulty with all of these fences that are put together in pieces is that they wobble at the joints. The pointed ends of the feet on this particular fence are also not very pointed. Additionally, I really don't like that these fence panels are connected with zip ties, rather than rubber connectors. That looks really cheap on a decorative fence... and yes, there were no directions included in my box, which might be an issue if this is your first fence assembly.

I first put these in upside down since I didn’t take the time to inspect everything. I guess I assumed the stakes actually held the top part to the bottom part in barrel fastener fashion. WRONG. I had to undo all my zip ties and screw the stakes to the legs and put my small tree fence back up. My dog is determined to dig up one of my trees. I don’t even want to know what she may be after! So I got this to fence in the area she dug up. I probably won’t even use the top part because the bottom part is plenty tall enough to keep her out. If you put both pieces together, it would be tall enough to keep a large dog out of an area if the area was not large enough for the dog to get a running start to jump over or the area fenced in is small enough that he could not easily land after a running jump. These could not be used to fence a dog in because they would not be strong enough to tolerate any frequent jumping up on the side of it. My yard sits on a churt hill. There’s no digging or getting anything in the ground very far. The stakes are about 6” long. I could only get them in about 3” but the fence is still pretty sturdy. If you sink the whole 6” stake, this would probably be sturdy enough to take a dog jumping up on it occasionally. These are perfect for surrounding trees or for lining a flower bed along the side of a house. You just push the stakes in the ground then zip tie the pieces together. Easy enough if you’re not on a churt pile!
