This trampoline is a great size for a bedroom. My son has sensory needs and he uses this every day. After 14 months of use one of the bungees finally snapped. We have had other spring trampolines and none have ever lasted that long. We were buying 2 a year, so this was amazing. My son is 17, around 105 lbs and does not jump lightly. I'm pretty sure he's trying to hit the ceiling when he jumps! So this is a strong trampoline! When the bungee snapped I contacted the Zupapa customer service. I knew the warranty for the mat and bungees was only a year, so I asked about just purchasing a replacement for those items. They sold them to me at a very fair price, and saved me from having to buy a whole new trampoline. The frame is still in great condition! I will say that I was a little skeptical about the customer service at first. Originally, they said to send them the money through PayPal (to a different email than the company name). I was hesitant but I tried, however, it said that business could not receive any payments. I contacted the customer service again and she had me go through their website. It still seemed a little strange, BUT it all worked out! Everything came today (4 days later!!!) and it's exactly what I needed! Assembly is time consuming and takes quite a bit of strength to assemble, but I was able to get it done by myself. The alligator clips that come with it make putting the bungees on SO much easier!! If I hadn't been able to replace just the mat and bungees I would have purchased the same trampoline! We love it that much!

The media could not be loaded. I am 49 and active, but needed to address some side effects to my cancer treatments: sore joints, poor lymphatic drainage and, the worst, high blood sugar. My massage therapist and my acupuncturist both recommended getting a rebounder. This little rebounder has been the best. I’ve been bouncing for about 10 minutes a day for the last 3 months, usually after a meal, to help activate my muscles and use up that glucose. Bouncing also lifts my mood and helps me feel great. Customer service is fantastic. One of the parts arrived with the threading off, so I reached out to the company for help. I had the replacement part within 48 hours. They were so helpful and accommodating. The product is almost entirely metal parts (except for the bungees and the canvas), and very sturdy, so I feel very safe and secure. And it’s so quiet. Added bonus, it’s also light-weight enough to move up and down stairs without any issues. Love this little trampoline! Highly recommend!!!

Trampoline is sturdy, the handle is secure, but the problem is attaching the bungee. Thank goodness I have a strong husband who was able to secure the bungees. I think they need a better way to attach the bungees that anyone can make it work! Hopefully they will find an easier way for the bungees to be attached.

There is total assembly required. It's hard - you need a partner to help. First, when I started putting the frame together, I realized that I received two pieces that would not fit together like the others. So I had to involve my father-in-law (he has the tools) to "crimp" one end so it would fit into the other end properly. When that was successful, on to the bungee cords. Which are fantastic once it's assembled, but it's a killer getting there. I recommend wearing gloves when pulling the cords. My hands were killing me by the end. Husband got involved. It was a scene. But we did it and I love it! It's so quiet and sturdy and fun! Great workout!!

I’m going to tell you that this is the most difficult thing I’ve ever put together makes every piece of IKEA furniture look like a piece of cake and I’m sending it back because there’s other rebounders that don’t have this crazy bungees system that they are using or you have to wrap it all the way around And use alligator clips to hold it in place doesn’t make sense . well, the frame goes together quite easily the silly sneaking of this bungee cord rather than each individual section having its own individual. Bungie is ridiculous.

Let me start off by saying best customer service ever. One of my cords had frayed some while I was putting together the trampoline and Nova was such a joy to work with. Not only did Nova get back to me quickly, they also sent me a replacement cord and some caps to help with friction! I was kept updated on where the cords were and they reached me quickly! Nova is such a caring and helpful person, I have never felt so taken care of! The trampoline is also great! It’s silent and you get a lot of air time with how high you can bounce. Assembly was decently easy and definitely follow the instructional video on YouTube! I put it together myself in a couple hours with breaks since those last two cords are tough. If you’re by yourself definitely tilt it on its side to get some more leverage and wear some gloves! I definitely recommend the trampoline if you want to feel like a kid again while working out and plan on buying again if I ever need a new one! Overall, great product and amazing company!

Looks fun and sturdy but one of the base brackets is missing the rubber foot so is uneven. Update: After just posting this review I was promptly contacted by the seller who was more than willing to help me with this or any other issue and to make sure I was 100% satisfied with their product. I received the part free of charge and in a timely manner. I strongly recommend this company and a big thanks to Milka who followed up this matter until delivery. Thank you!

I have had several rebounders, but this is the first one that I’ve used that had bungee cord, not springs. I much prefer the bungee cords. A little harder to put together, but definitely softer on the knees and ankles.
