And each leg adopts a full-area touchdown design, more stable than the two-point touchdown design. All frames are made of steel tubes of 42mm diameter and a 1.5mm wall thickness (the highest standard in the market), making the whole trampoline extremely sturdy.
  • Double Quantity & Curved Net PolesThe outwardly curved net poles are far away from the enclosure net. No afraid of any collision cause there is no risk of hitting to the hard net poles. Each leg is connected to a net pole, and the number ofour net poles is twice that of a traditional trampoline! Let the little jumpers jump as much as they want without worrying about safety!
  • Hot-dip Galvanizing Technology & Heavy-duty FrameZupapa trampolines use the latest hot-dip galvanizing technology to make the frame anti-corrosive (anti-corrosive time is 5 times that of ordinary galvanizing methods), more stable and durable. What's more our 1.5mm steel frame tubes comparing with 1.0mm ordinary frame make the trampoline more sturdy, plus wind stakes, the trampoline stands stably even in storm. The static load capacity is 1500 LBS, and the dynamic load capacity: 425 LBS.
  • More Springs & Impressive bounce As we all know springs are the core of the trampoline, we have 12 more hot-dip galvanizing springs to offer impressive bounce.(7inch for 12&14&15&16ft, 5.5inch for 8&10ft)
  • Premium Quality Materials for Max SafetyAnti-UV jumping mat (made of PP) which has been tested to 100,000 jumps provides greater bounce and more weight capacity. 6ft high enclosure net (made of environmental PE) ensures absolute safety and fastness when jumping. The net poles are padded with 10mm foam, can protect your kids from banging against the steel pole.zupapa has been working for decades to provide the safest trampoline with the high-quality materials.

  • This is the company you want in your corner!!!
Color: Sky Blue Size: 16FT
This was a present to our children for Christmas 2023. We purchased the 16 ft trampoline with the basketball hoop option. I NEVER write reviews. I mean EVER....but I'm hoping this review will save others some time. I spent an extensive amount of hours researching trampolines on Amazon weighing both quality and price considerations. Ultimately, my wife and I arrived on a Zupapa brand trampoline after reading several reviews about assembly, their customer service and the availability of parts sometimes years after purchase. Assembly - What a dream. I've put together so many things from furniture to toys over the years and while there are a lot of parts and steps, it was all outlined so clearly that I had zero questions about which part went where. Take your time, lay out all of the parts, and follow the steps. Not only did every single piece go together well, but every single part came in the box!!! I know that seems like it should be a given but I've bought so many different items on Amazon only to find parts missing as I put them together. Not the case with Zupapa. They clearly have an attention for detail. Additionally, I put this trampoline together after midnight (Santa had to surprise the kids for Christmas morning!) by myself in the backyard. I was fully expecting it to be a huge pain in the butt and it couldn't have been easier. I love that most of the pole pieces lock together vs. a ton of nuts/bolts. I also love the Zupapa design because the springs are fully covered preventing injury. It's easy to tell this trampoline is well made and built to last. Customer Service - I didn't expect to need to test the customer service I read about in other reviews so quickly but shortly after New Years, a wind storm blew through. Not a breeze, not your typical wind, but winds in excess of 75 mph blew for two days straight. I should have went outside and took the basketball hoop portion off of the trampoline as I noticed it started pushing back and forth due to it's height and the strength of the wind. Temps were freezing and I was fighting COVID so I hoped it would be ok. I was wrong. Two days of extremely high winds battering the hoop portion(sits another 3-4 higher in the air than the top of the trampoline net) proved to be too much. The weather bent the poles and the net draped inward and gained a bunch of slack. I contacted Zupapa via email and explained the situation. I fully expected to pay for the new support poles but Zupapa replaced them without charge and FAST. I reached Betty and she couldn't have been more pleasant or competent. She quickly processed my request and provided me with a tracking number for the replacement poles. There were no questions or sidestepping by Betty or Zupapa. The windstorm wasn't their fault. The wind was crazy strong and I should have taken precautions with the hoop portion yet Zupapa stood behind their product and replacement poles arrived within days. I was in SHOCK. I can't tell you how many times I've sought out assistance on a product after the fact and you're lucky to even make contact with someone, let alone have parts (free of charge even though it was my fault) on your doorstep within days. It's this level of customer service that led me to buy this brand of trampoline in the first place. I'm so thankful that I researched and filtered through all of the trampolines on Amazon until I found reviews that speak to this level of service. It paid off immediately. The other aspect I appreciated was the personal touch Betty provided. During our correspondence several emails were sent back and forth and it was always Betty that responded. I didn't get passed off to 2, 3, or 4 different people. Just Betty. This never happens in today's world...not online, and not definitely not in the big box stores. It was nice to speak to someone who knew what my issue was, how to fix it, and in my corner. As for my children.....they LOVE the trampoline. All three of them. And the basketball hoop option is the talk of the neighborhood. Other trampolines litter the backyards of nearby homes but it's the basketball hoop option that has caught the eye of other kids and has them asking our kids about it. Huge win and worth every penny. You will read a ton of reviews on Amazon...even verified ones and wonder if it's all fluff or even if the reviewer actually exists. I assure you...I'm real, and Zupapa is the place to buy your trampoline. There's three very happy children in Indiana that can prove it. BUY from them with confidence and enjoy! ... show more

  • Great trampoline!
Color: Blue Size: 16FT
Purchased a trampoline for my son. Assembly took a couple hours with two people and I must say it looks great. The kids love it and it’s very sturdy. This is the second 16 foot trampoline I’ve purchased. I chose this one because of the way the net is attached. It seems it will last a lot longer than our last one. The upgrade to the netting sealed the deal for me. Definitely recommend. ... show more

  • Well built, safe, and hours of fun every day!
Color: Sky Blue Size: 16FT
Fantastic trampoline! It's very spacious and having the net outside of the springs makes it roomier. The spring covers make it viable - we will often have one or two people sit on the springs while one person is jumping in the middle and I have no concerns about the spring durability or safety. The basketball nets are clutch and and the construction is solid. It takes a couple hours to build but well worth it. Definitely recommend having two people for the final frame construct steps. ... show more

  • High-quality and great customer service
Color: Blue Size: 16FT
I bought this trampoline for my wife because she wants to spend more time outdoors with our daughter. This is a high-quality product. Everything is well machined and easy to assemble. In fact, I assembled most of it by myself even though the instructions say it takes two people. There are some awkward large pieces that require an extra set of hands. If you follow the instructions, which are well written, it will be easy to assemble in about two hours. Maybe less. The kids love this trampoline. It has plenty of bounce. I bought the 16 foot trampoline and it is nice and spacious. They went out at night to lie down on it for stargazing. It’s nice because it’s off the ground and comfortable to do that. The quality of all of the parts was excellent, but I did have a problem. FedEx damaged the boxes and several parts were damaged. I sent a note to Customer Service explaining the problem. Within 24 hours, they shipped replacements. My only recommendation is they provide numbering for spring placement. I had to count the holes and match to the springs to make sure that I distributed them evenly. Not a big deal, but it would be a nice to have. So, I am impressed with the quality of the product and also with a customer service. ... show more

  • Great Trampoline backed by a Solid Company
Color: Blue Size: 16FT
Like another recent review I saw, I never, ever leave reviews. In this case I had to. I bought this trampoline about 18 months ago. It arrive fine, shipping boxes were in good shape, assembly was fine, just step-by-step, it was good quality, and my kid's have been enjoying it for the past two summers. This fall we hired an excavation project to prep an area to add on a garage and pool area. Long story short - they accidently backed their track-loader into our trampoline, and we had every leg staked down with heavy duty rebar U anchors so it did serious damage. It mangled the ladder, sheared off one of the legs, mangled two leg uprights, and cracked the welds or sheared off 3 sections of frame. Buying this on Amazon I had major concerns that it's from overseas and they probably will not be able to sell me the sections I need to restore it back to whole (I'm basically going to have to buy a whole new trampoline). I reach out to the company via email, and Doria answered to assist. She provided a complete parts list and I responded with what I needed. To my surprise she responded with what I though was a very reasonable price - $100 including shipping for all the parts! Albeit, I had to wire via paypal to a gmail account, which felt like a scam, but for $100 I was willing to take the risk. It was legit, I received shipping confirmation a day later, and about 3 days later all the parts arrived. Thank you, Doria! I began reconstruction, and got all the way to the end, only to realize that I had missed that one of the upper net bars was also bent. I contemplated trying to bend it, but it would of been messy. So reached back out to Doria, explained I needed that one part, it was my fault and I expected to pay. She sent me the part completely free of charge! It arrived about the same time frame. So this is not only a solid quality trampoline, but it's also backed by a solid company. They treated my fairly and helped me restore our trampoline to new without price gouging, and even corrected my mistake for free. Doria was a pleasure to work with, and I received everything I needed for the repair fast. I'm sure you're not planning on needing repairs, but I would recommend it base solely on my initial experience. We've been using it for two summers and everything is great with this product, it's high quality. I would of never reviewed it to say that until now. But I would now also strongly recommend it because if anything does happen by accident, they will back up their product with really good support! Thank you, Doria! ... show more

  • Highest rated trampoline of the ones on Amazon 1500# capacity
Color: Sky Blue Size: 15FT
I went through a lot of ratings and looked at many trampolines before I settled on this one. It had the highest number of reviews & highest ratings. It says it rated for 1500#'s. Went together OK. Needed a few more instructions. A hint I found out in assembly was to use ratcheting straps to hold the circle together till you get the springs all on plus it helps hold the canvas in place. I used 4-ratchet straps for this purpose. Many pieces have these spring-loaded snap pins except the circle & the tops of the net holder which are held by gravity. I would have been willing to pay a little extra for snap pins on everything. Safety, durability/longevity & ease of putting together, then price, is what I was looking for in that order and this one seems to have it. Needed some extra instructions. I made 6-short videos as I put this together, but they would only let me upload 1. Tricks were ratcheting straps, vice grips top hold the insulation out of the way. My last trampoline lasted 26-years and went through my children & into my grandchildren. Hopefully this one is as durable. Sems to be well made & heavy duty. Grandchildren love it especially the basketball hoops. Daily fun for everyone & good exercise. ... show more

  • Safe and Fun. A vinyl babysitter Safe and Fun. A vinyl babysitter
Color: Blue Size: 16FT
I did a lot of research on trampoline safety, because I work in a trauma center and see lotsa injuries. The responsible medical literature as well as years of others’ experience gave me the chutzpah to move forward: ANALYSIS: Well packaged and quickly shipped. Clear instructions, we only put one thing together backwards and had to reassemble. My wife and I put it together in a driving Wyoming wind in about 3-4 hrs. I also purchased the screw-in auger holders with reinforced straps because we regularly get 50+ mph winds here. THIS IS A VERY SAFE, WELL DESIGNED PRODUCT. The jumping surface is well supported and the springs are redundant and well affixed. The frame is solid. The net is very well positioned and does not impede fun. The entry and exit are safe and secure. I skydive, SCUBA, ride motorcycles, perform brain and spine surgery and have served in combat. I am all about safety because I have seen real injuries many, many, many times. Yes, I created a laminated rule sheet (standard Dad stuff) that all must follow (included below). Parents, you can sleep easy with your kids playing on this, it is a great item, well constructed, easy to assemble and we have already had HOURS of fun on it. And the kids get outside in the real fresh air and exercise, leaving the electronic virtual world behind. never forget-STUPID HURTS AND IT OUGHT TO. You still need to be smart. It’s a trampoline. See my suggested rules below. And if you have winds above 15-20mph, secure this thing to the ground in a solid way. Trampoline Rules: 1. No shoes. Only bare feet or socks 2. No dogs 3. Zip the net closed once you are inside 4. Be careful not to jump into or on top of someone 5. Mom has to supervise for the first several weeks until she sees you are safe 6. Never go underneath the trampoline when people are jumping 7. Stay in the center mostly 8. Enter & exit carefully, not when others are bouncing 9. If you see a tear or rip, stop jumping and tell us right away 10. Never jump off the trampoline, climb off 11. Don’t lean on or climb on the net 12. Kids under age 6 need adult line of sight supervision 13. If I see any psycho risk taking flips and spins, you will escorted off. ... show more
