I bought this hammock for it's weight capacity so that my fiance and I or my dog and I could relax outside. It is super sturdy and comfortable. Huge plus - their customer service is amazing. I had emailed about a missing piece not realizing that my puppy had taken it off the table when I wasn't looking (how embarrassing). Customer service quickly responded and was so nice about the whole thing. You can tell they are on top of things and value what their customers think. Great product and even better customer service. Product assembly is very easy, can be done with no tools other than 2 hands, and the single-page of instructions are imminently clear. The included hammock is sturdy, fits fine, and is mostly comfortable--it's a hint rough on bare skin, but that's a bit of a nitpick. The frame will flex, so the place where you think the hooks should go is probably wrong and you'll need to make the hammock a little more taught. Over time, the frame will flex more, you'll need to move the hooks again. (- 1/2 star) This causes me to worry that I'll need to replace it sooner than I'd like. But, 6 months in and it still seems to be okay. The carrying case is VERY unremarkable. It's large enough to fit the components, and that's it. Thin vinyl cloth, no well-thought-out pockets for the smaller parts of your hammock stand. No thicker part so it'll retain some shape and be a GOOD case. No, it's just a cheap vinyl zipper bag which is generally large enough to fit your frame (- 1/2 star). Considering it's very inexpensive purchase price, all in all I'd highly recommend purchasing one. ... show more

I absolutely love this. It is made nicely, easy to assemble, comfortable and fits two people easily. I use it a lot and it even dries out fast when it gets wet. This was a great buy and I would definitely recommend it.

This did not hold up at all. My boyfriend and I are not even close to the capacity weight and it bent on our first sit... highly disappointed.

I received the box and it was open in a couple of spots, see photos. I know this is probably not the seller's fault, but when I saw the holes I wondered how many parts were missing. Ends up one of the caps on the end is missing and one of the #4 bolts is too. Honestly, this is advertised as a two-person and I don't see it. I seem pretty shaky with me on it (6-4/215). I was able to put it together with what I had otherwise I would have sent it back. I guess we'll see.. ... show more

This hammock is A1. So easy to assemble, disassemble, and light enough to move around. It fits 2 average people or a larger person comfortably. My husband says it feels great on his back. Thinking of buying a 2nd one!
