The media could not be loaded. Our son loves this item. Then a friend who was too heavy decided to bounce on it as well. The main support pole bent. ☹️ We contacted Zupapa to purchase a replacement bar. They sent us one free of charge, even though it was our fault it got damaged. This is a pretty good trampoline but it knocks over when both kids jump on the same side or if they’re jumping and they fall. We ended up putting straps and attaching them to the ceiling to keep it more sturdy. It says it’s rated for 220lb but the cross bar on the top would make it nearly impossible for taller kids to jump so we took that off. Easy set up though.

Product arrived with damage! I am so disappointed as this was not cheap at all for a small indoor trampoline. 3 parts of the frame arrived damaged, we couldn’t even put the first part together because of this. We waited a super long time just for a let down. Not sure how but the metal pipes were created deformed where it doesn’t allow the frame pieces to click together.

Update: The company kindly offered to send me another safety net to try. I purchased this trampoline 3 years ago. While the trampoline has been great, I've had to now replace the safety net twice in 3 years. Each time, the safety net zipper broke with minimal use. While Zupapa customer service replaced the net the first time, as it was still under warranty, they wanted to charge me for the second replacement. TBH, if they offered to replace for free, I'm not sure I would want it as I don't want to spend the time replacing the net every year. Solid trampoline, but I would find a safety net from another manufacturer.

I bought this trampoline to help my daughter and I increase our physical activity in a fun way at home. This is a very well constructed trampoline. VERY bouncy!! I purchased the 12 foot one. It is the perfect size for my daughter and I. I’d even say a third person could bounce without too much difficulty. The instructions say to only bounce one at a time, but there is plenty room for more than one and the weight limit is plenty high to accommodate more people. Just need to keep safety in mind I suppose 😁. It took me a couple of hours to assemble. I had one person help with getting the legs on but that was it. The part that took the longest was “sewing” the net barrier on to the bouncing platform. Still it wasn’t hard to do, and once finished, it is very secure. I would be comfortable with toddlers bouncing on this (with supervision of course) as the net attaches is such a way as to protect the bouncer from getting into the springs. Definitely recommend.
