Edit to add: after my original review the manufacturer reached out to me and wanted to better understand the issues I stated. They then gave me a slight credit and reminded me of the warranty and that if I needed them in the future they would be happy to help. So I moved my stars to a 5 solely because if the customer service! This is a pretty good trampoline but it knocks over when both kids jump on the same side or if they’re jumping and they fall. We ended up putting straps and attaching them to the ceiling to keep it more sturdy. It says it’s rated for 220lb but the cross bar on the top would make it nearly impossible for taller kids to jump so we took that off. Easy set up though. ... show more

The trampoline it's self is nice but the set up these claps are sooooooo ridiculous...all because they didn't want to make a second hole. I would not buy again.

    • Our son going to town in the trampoline, while bouncing on the dogs squeaking chew toy.
The media could not be loaded. Our son loves this item. Then a friend who was too heavy decided to bounce on it as well. The main support pole bent. ☹️ We contacted Zupapa to purchase a replacement bar. They sent us one free of charge, even though it was our fault it got damaged. The clamps on the bottom bars are a bit difficult to install correctly and get them tight, but overall the trampoline is amazing, I have even gotten on it being the adult and all🙃

Do not buy Poor quality, material already tearing. I received the product the pins were bent so I could not get the poles to hold together I've tried everything even pliers to try to shape them. Then The floor net was starting to shred apart. The net does not go on as the instructions stated

    • Will jump all day long if you will let her. Safe and fun.
My granddaughter can’t get enough of her trampoline. Best present Nannie bought her yet so far but she’s only 1 1/2 but I think she will be loving this for a long time.
