My family LOVES this trampoline. They all feel like it is so much bouncier than our other trampolines. Historically, we would buy used trampolines and replace them every couple of years as parts wear out. This is by far the most bouncy, sturdy, and fun. I love the warranty on it as well. We are definitely hoping to keep this one for the next ten years. I bought this particular trampoline for the weight limit and because it had some rave reviews of the customer service. All of the good reviews are true. When we were opening the boxes, we used a box cutter and accidentally cut through the box and into the blue pad (let that be a warning to you when you open it). There weren’t any warnings on the box about how to open it, so I contacted customer service figuring that they probably wouldn’t help us since it happened when we opened it. Luckily, they offered to send us a new pad and all I had to do was pay for shipping!!! I am extremely happy with this purchase thus far. ... show more

We've had this trampoline over a month now and it's been fantastic! Super easy to assemble and the anchoring stakes are incredibly sturdy. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is due to the no slip design. The net is sewn to the bouncing pad which is great for keeping tiny feet from slipping through the springs. This design also makes it difficult to remove debris some the play space. You have to either get a broom or use a vacuum to remove nature from the trampoline. Slightly inconvenient. ... show more

Great quality 16ft trampoline! My kids love it. Assembling the trampoline was pretty easy but took about 2 hours because my wife and I have never assembled one before. A couple tips for new buyers. Wait for all 3 boxes to arrive! We thought we were missing parts because we received the boxes on different days. All the parts were there when we received the 3rd box. Thank You to customer service Rep. Jeanne for being very responsive and helpful. Also when attaching the springs to the trampoline mat, pay attention to where the zipper entrance is. The media could not be loaded. Set up was easier than anticipated! My son & I had it set up in about 1 & 1/2 hours! My husband weighs 275lbs and it’s held him + my kids jumping; the trampoline is tight, well made and has great bounce! I love the net on the inside of the poles, keeps my younger kids safer and off the spring mat. My kids have been outside jumping on it everyday since we got it! I bought the 16 foot 1800 lbs trampoline, The realestate is perfect for my 4 kids and their friends. It was and is rock solid after being fully assembled. I got the protection plan and I think most people should do likewise. I had the backboard brake that is the weak link of this trampline. If you are assembling this by yourself, use rope to keep the base sections upright until you can attach the springs to the base. There is only one word to describe Zupapa's customer service, Excellence!!! I was unsure if the brakage was covered and offered to just pay for extra parts to fix it and get it up and running again, They were quick to respond and were patient with my crazy busy life and rushed the parts to me at no cost.
