This is an AWESOME trampoline at a great price. The hardware feels very sturdy, especially after assembly. The welds all look good, the powder coating good quality (did not scuff or scratch easily). Assembly was a total breeze, i love how it all snaps together. Packaging was great, came in three boxes. Just search “zupapa trampoline” on youtube for easy-to-follow instructions. I bought the 14’, perfect size for a few youngsters jumping together. I really like how all the feet have that lower beam connecting them around. This system is SUPER stable. it’d be interesting to compare this to brands that are double the price. If you are wanting a fun safe quality trampoline for your younger kids, absolutely get this. I would buy again 100%.

Highly recommend. Purchased about a month ago. Great trampoline. Our kids are loving it. Was manageable to put together. My husband is handy. Didn’t have an issue. We were missing a cord. I messaged the company and they sent several new cords. Very happy with the quick fix. Another neighbor recommended this trampoline and has said it holds up well in weather and she spoke very highly of it. Thankful we splurged on a better quality because I believe we will have years of fun on this one!

This trampoline is awesome. The dual-frame design is superior and works fantastic. The spring-cover pad integrates into the frame as well, and the safety net is sewn to the jumping mat, so those setups are easy. The frames are assembled with pretty tight tolerences, so putting them together can be frustrating. Use a rubber mallet and some patience, and you'll get it. Jumping on this feels good and solid, it doesn't shake or make noise at all. We've only had it a week, but so far so good. You can buy cheaper options, but you won't regret spending the extra money for this unit.

The trampoline is really easy to set up. They do leave out a couple instructions but everything snaps together except a few bolts for the ladder and screws that attatch the feet. The springs take quite a bit of muscle, but they provide hooks that actually work well. Kids love it. It come with spiral stakes to secure the base to the ground. The frame is really sturdy and worth spending a little extra on this one compared to others.

It’s a great trampoline but I bought this 15’ trampoline because it was supposed to have the best bounce in the industry for the price range at least . The kids are happy with it but they are happier with the bigger trampoline at the neighbors that bounces just as well. So it’s a nice trampoline but for the extra $200 it cost in comparison to others I would almost go with the others . Now I am feeling like a hater and I shouldn’t so let me just say ... The set up was pretty straightforward, it took a good hour plus to get it up and then we took the safety net down so the older kids could do some of their flips and what not. The spring cover being built in is nice because there is no chance of anyone stepping thru the pad and springs and racking or pinching themselves. When the net was up it was secure, solid and nice. The ladder is easy to move and use and the little foot pad is also great it gives the kids a place to stand while they take off their shoes or put them back on . I guess the extra money spent well show in the long run with the quality and maybe I might of had to high of expectations. My kids are definitely the kids that seem like they have been in ninja training their entire lives and in a lot of ways they have, so they can do things most people can’t . Lol They can double flip and do all kinds of flips with twists and they have a box that is about 10’ high that they do things with like jump on the tramp and then just bounce back up to the edge of the box almost like they are floating or something . Anyways I really wanted this to make up for size by being much more bouncy. I’m not sure it has done that . My neighbors and friends have a 17’ tramp with safety net and covered springs that cost just a bit less than this one and the kids do like the bigger size and all have said it really doesn’t have a different bounce to it. I will be updating this in a while and letting you know how it has held up. I have 6 kids from 19 to 7 years old and they all play on it. That’s not including all the kids that are here daily with my kids. Lol it’s a great trampoline and I hope to update in a while and be able to share good results .

This trampoline is fantastic. The build quality is excellent, and it feels incredibly safe and stable. We live in a very windy, open area, so I was worried about how it would hold up. Fortunately, the wind-resistant design is excellent and keeps it securely grounded.We did have a minor issue at delivery—the mat had a small frayed spot right out of the box. However, Zupappa's customer service handled it flawlessly. I contacted them, and they shipped out a brand-new replacement mat immediately. It is rare to find a company that stands behind their product like this. Highly recommended!
