I spent a lot of time researching trampolines. While many others have great reviews, when I looked at the negative reviews of other trampoline brands they almost all centered around poor customer service when something broke or went wrong and how people were out hundreds of dollars. Zupapa kept having great reviews on all accounts, including customer service, so we went with this trampoline and we're glad we did. Not only does the trampoline feel very safe, sturdy, well built, good materials, and the best warranty we found, their customer service is outstanding. Through user error we had a jumper end up ripping off one of the net attachments to the pole. This made a large portion of the net fall into the middle of the trampoline and create an unsafe jumping experience. We reached out to Zupapa to get an estimate of replacing the net and they sent us one free of charge even though the damage was our fault and not a warranty issue. They were very responsive and made the process a breeze for us. In the days of having to fight with corporations and hold their feet to the fire to get any support, this was so welcome. I have such peace of mind that if anything does happen, our investment is protected and we'll be taken care of. In my mind, that's worth the little extra in price, which is also likely extra because they use quality materials.

We bought this for our autistic son for his birthday, my husband put it up, was fairly easy for him alone. My son loves it. 12ft one is a good size and seems very safe with its net. Very well made. Perfect!

This is a beautiful piece of equipment! The Zupapa 12’ trampoline is an attractive addition to our back yard. It is high quality and the bounce is amazing; all the kids noticed the difference immediately! Assembly was truly a breeze, very simple. (Do pay close attention to the instructions for the application of the mat; be sure to work opposite springs as you go.) As for customer service, I have never been happier with the excellent degree of care I have received with Brandline/Zupapa. I had many reservations about the safety and authenticity of this product, since honestly, the wrong mat was enclosed, but that issue was immediately corrected. Mandy was so patient and understanding, and helped me through every doubt/trust issue. She never missed a beat; every response was timely, very kind, amiable, highly respectful and professional. She referred me directly to Zupapa for referral and left me with every confidence that the very generous warranty will be honored, and Brandline/Zupapa will be on standby to help whenever needed. Order was a three piece shipment arriving in back to back to back days and the last one showing up on the day the tracking for all said it would. Assembly wasn’t too bad. Provided two sets of tools and gloves were a big help. Fairly sturdy. A little noisy when jumping. Holds my whole family at same time so should last quite some time for my 8 year old mainly using it.
