Perfect trampoline for my 3 kids, 14, 12, and 9 years old. Heavy, sturdy, and much more heavy duty than most. Nothing came broken and everything went up well. Be mindful of the net placement when attaching it to the round frame, as you want the opening to be at a spot not directly in front of one of the legs and also so the net at the very very top attaches in line to the top poles. They don't really tell you to line it up perfectly before connecting the bouncy trampoline part to the frame. So do your homework first! And don't attach all the springs add you go in a row... skip maybe 3 as you work around the frame otherwise it gets too tight on the otherside and you cannot stretch it far enough!

This is a BIG trampoline. We had trouble with the netting. Instruction book did not refer to correct placement for this size, only smaller sizes. We missed this. Perhaps it is in the video which we did not watch!The correct placement of the net is crucial for the net straps to align onto the top of the poles around the trampoline. So it took us a lot longer to assemble. We are very happy with it and glad that we bought the trampoline which has the netting inside of the springs.

Literally some of the worst instructions imaginable. First when you look on how to set the frame up it shows the one end going to the side with holes but if you do it that way the holes will be covered but that is pretty noticeable right away so not a huge deal. Then you come to a page that says it's important that you put the yellow zipper between 2 legs. As you can see in the photo if you do it that way it will not be centered and look terrible. So after hours of assembly I will now get to redo it again so it doesn't look terrible. For the price you pay the instructions should be better than what a 5th grader could do. Seems fairly quality otherwise.

Solid trampoline that seems very sturdy so far. Within a month of receiving and assembling the trampoline, I noticed several small holes in the net. It's possible they were there when I received it and I didn't notice it as I assembled it at night on Christmas Even (took about 3 hours with 2 people). I contacted the company and the rep (Milka) was incredibly helpful and sent a new net. Great customer service. The only issue is that because the net and mat are all sewn together in one piece I'll have to nearly completely disassemble the trampoline to install the new net/pad. While that's time intensive, I appreciate the company swiftly resolving the issue.

It’s a nice trampoline. For quality/price point, good bang for buck. I am a 58 year old landscape contractor and had no problem on solo set up- BUT- directions are horrible. I had to remove all the springs once, almost twice. There are 2 different distances between the legs once the base is completely assembled.(52” and 58”) Make sure the zipper is in the middle of the 52” span, or else the top connects of the net won’t line up. The 58” span will make the zipper hang open like on the other “horrible directions review. (The directions show the zipper right on a leg, don’t do that) ALSO- when assembling the base- I did not pound the leg extensions into the leg base until I fitted it all together, then I pounded the leg extensions into the leg bases with a rubber mallet. (Directions say to be mindful of the holes and pound them together first- that would be impossible) *Make sure to pound down before installing springs. We had to do a lot of extra work to fit the 12’ in our yard. I wanted to be lazy and get the 10 footer. But, this design, with the net inside the springs, the 12’ is perfect.
