I bought this coffee urn for our Senior Center. The coffee from this pot is really hot. After about a year, this pot stopped turning on. I contacted customer service and they informed me that the pot has a life-time warranty and not to worry. They had my back. They sent out a new coffee pot without a hassle. You can't lose when a company will honor a life-time warranty. They also told me that if this new pot stopped working, they will give a full refund. You can't beat that. hence, 5 stars. ... show more

Used for a cold outdoor event. Made a pot in reasonable amount of time, just under 40 minutes for 50 cups. Top secures well without leaking so I could transport the full pot after brewing. Coffee and water stayed hot for hours, very pleased. The clear front tube to show fill lever was difficult to see, couldn't tell when the pot was getting low. I wish it had multiple temperature options, not just on/off, but maybe a hot and warm? Adults want super hot coffee, while kids need medium temperature hot cocoa. Let me start with the good things. It heats up wonderfully, temperature is the best of all the urns I have tried. Very simple to use. Now the frustrating part. Within a few months it stopped heating and needed to be replaced, Zulay was great, fast, and responsive in replacing. Now a few months later with the second one it started to almost dissolve inside, the metal was flaking. After cleaning then it started to leak. I would really love to love this, when it works it is incredible, but the issues are too aggravating ... show more
