  • Perfect Gaming PC – Runs Every Game Smoothly
This computer works flawlessly, exactly as it should. I can run every AAA game on it, and it handles them perfectly. The processor stays surprisingly cool considering it’s AMD, and the graphics card is simply outstanding. I honestly can’t say anything negative about it. If it were free, that would just be the cherry on top 🤣 (just kidding, of course). I don’t even understand why the seller has only a 3.4 rating, because for me everything works perfectly. I’ve been using the PC for two days now, and I’m completely satisfied with it. ... show more

  • The good, the bad, and the ugly
**Edit**:Well the second PC just died. I was turning it on this morning and it just wont. It wont post. It turns on, and then just sits there, nothing comes on the display. I got down and checked the motherboard and I found the CPU light is lit up now. Working on a refund now, avoid this PC like the plague! I have had 2 not work now. Original*: This is tough to review since, for the most part, I am now enjoying using the PC and it is quite powerful. It is a huge upgrade over my previous setup; however, I have had problems with both of the rigs I have been sent, yes both, as this is the second of these PCs that I have received. The first one I had for a grand total of 5 hours before it went bad. I had finally gotten it all set up and playing a game, Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader, and 20 minutes into playing the CPU heat started skyrocketing, it hit 99C on the display then --- because the display only goes that high before it shut itself down. I waited a bit to let it cool down and restarted it. It started at the typical 40ish C and then steadily went up, it would hit 80-90C within minutes of being turned on and only go hotter if I even opened Chrome. I tried it a few times and it became clear that something was wrong with the cooling, possibly bad thermal paste. Fortunately Amazon processed a full exchange for me since I hadn't even had it for more than a few hours. The second one started off great, but I have spent the last 2 days fighting through the registry and system files to delete a driver that was apparently blocking a lot of stuff on the computer. This driver AppShopDrv103.sys is apparently one used to update the bios during the PC build and is typically cleared off afterward, but it wasn't in my case. I had broken strings of it that were clogging things up and blocking me from even playing a few games. It wasn't a complete program that I could uninstall, it was pieces here and there throughout the system files and registry. I am a slightly above average PC user but not in an IT field or anything, so I can only imagine the frustration others would experience with this and not be able to do anything about it. Once I got it removed totally, I hope, 2 "new" programs popped up as installed on my PC! AMD software: Adrenaline Edition, and Killer Network Suite. Basically I have gotten 2 of these PC's and had issues with both of them. The build itself is great and looks amazing, aside from the RAM LEDs not staying synced with the other lights but that is inconsequential to me. I am just hoping I have no further issues with this one as I do really like the PC and its power. ... show more

  • It's amazing but....
So far so good, only issues that this pc came with so far is that they left a lot of plastic still on in the pc that could've definitely overheated the pc. They left some plastic over the cpu cooler and some of the SSD's slots. Also I was told it would've came with a mouse and a keyboard but it did not. Thankfully this isn't my first pc so I have already a mouse and keyboard. UPDATE: About 2 weeks of having it and it's now starting to crash on me while playing Final Fantasy 16. Had about 2 crashes within 12 hours. Hoping it's a simple fix I can do myself but if not im going have to return it ... show more

  • Very Disappointed
*Update: only option was to RMA as Amazon refuses to refund and Zotac will only refund if you buy it through them direct. No progress on RMA, even if this gets fixed I’m not confident their parts will last. Buy anything else except this! I was originally super pumped to have this pre-built, worked great for 2 months. Starting having issues with crashing related to the GPU. I troubleshooted as much at home as possible, I had a slight feeling there was an issue with the PCIe slot but submitted an RMA request. Local enough for me to self deliver with all the old packaging (I kept the box), they replaced the GPU only shipped it back without any internal packaging (that I had provided form original purchase) retention clip on GPU came off and destroyed the GPU and motherboard PCIe slot. This is crazy disappointing after spending over $2700 on a computer. Still awaiting there resolution on this. Will update later. I just don’t want anyone else going through the same experience as I’ve read other similar reviews on this now. ... show more

  • No issues at all.
Came with all parts as described, powered on with drivers installed for devices. Was packaged really good and delivered in the box of the PC case so it didn’t look like a full on pc on your doorstep, with another box inside which was the gaming pc.

  • Windows Version Discrepency
Windows 11 Pro stated in the production description, but when I received the PC, it shows windows 11 home. I could not remote desktop to this PC as a result.

  • PC so powerful it's almost uncivilized.
This PC puts my 3080 to shame. Although I can see why people aren't impressed with the leap from the 4000 series to the 5000, I honestly am blown away by how savage and brutal this machine is. Zotac truly handled this PC like how I would have. Great buy, would buy again.
