Highly recommend this machine because it has a long power cord that completely bypasses the vehicle without using an extension cord. There is no need to move the plug, and the whole car can be polished. It is light, easy to hold and does not vibrate excessively, which makes it ideal even if you are not an expert. As for the buffer its self. It runs good, not too loud like I’ve seen from other buffers. The best thing is that it does eliminate superficial scratches and opacity, leaving the paint more alive. The media could not be loaded. This is a solid and powerful rotary buffer. Do note that it's rotary only, with no orbital mode, which is a negative in my opinion. I'm not deducting a star over that because it is exactly what the product description promised. I just thought it important to mention that, because I've noticed that body shop pros seem to virtually always use an orbital buffer since it's less prone to heating up and burning the paint. This unit is heavily built and the fit and finish are excellent. I'd say its construction, fit, and finish are comparable to the name brand units that would cost three times what this buffer sells for. It has a wide range of speeds, as I demonstrated in my video, so you could be as aggressive (or non-aggressive) as you want to be, from shaping and grinding to buffing and polishing. It's also nicely accessorized, with a plethora of discs to meet almost any need. It has a handle that can be mounted left or right, as well as a D-handle if you prefer that approach. Its one weakness is the carrying bag. You can't zip the bag up without removing the handle, which is pretty silly. The bag could have been made just a little bigger and it would have been useful. As it is, it's worthless in my opinion. In addition to the fact that you have to remove the handle, the buffer itself barely fits in the bag lengthwise, such that you have to sharply bend the cord where it goes into the buffer, something I hate to do. I started to deduct a star over this but decided that the bag is such a minimal element that it doesn't warrant penalizing the overall product. Speaking of the cord, it's 13 feet, which gives you a lot of room to move around. Bottom line? Excellent value at this price point. If you want a heavy, strong buffer, this one should serve you well.

I do my own detailing and polishing my vehicles. I used this polisher and found it to be a good basic tool. The assembly was easy and straight forward. It comes with 2 different handles that do different jobs. I put the polisher handle on. The foam pads are good quality for home we use. The hook and loop fastener is strong and good quality. The polishing buffs are thin and the "wool" pad gums up with polishes easy. I didn't like it. The terry cloth pad is also very low quality. I didn't use it because I was afraid it would tear. The speed contr I l and trigger works as it should. The cord is nice and long for working as round bigger vehicles. It seems to be a good value for the cost, compared to other name brands. Makes a nice addition to any DIY'ers tool arsenal.

The media could not be loaded. There’s a lot to like in this kit, but surprisingly, what impressed me most right out of the gate was the storage bag. It’s rugged, roomy, and fits everything comfortably. I had to buy a separate oversized bag for my other buffers—this one came ready to roll. Swapping out the backing plate? Ridiculously easy. If you’re used to traditional DA polishers where you’re wrestling with counterweights, mystery washers, and trying to jam a wrench between parts to reach a hidden nut, prepare to be amazed. Just push the brake button, spin the plate off, and you’re done. No drama, no scraped knuckles. This buffer’s got plenty of snort—probably more than most users will need for casual paint correction and polishing. If you're planning to use it as a part-time sander? It’s built for that too. This tool is straightforward, powerful, and no-nonsense. I’ve mostly used dual-action (2A) polishers, and while they’re great for safety and general work, they can be frustrating when navigating tight curves and odd contours in a car’s body. Having a rotary in my arsenal now feels like I’ve added a missing piece—and I’m glad I did. Let’s talk about the weight. This thing has some old-school heft to it—not a dealbreaker by any means, but it's noticeable. Not so much that it causes fatigue, but enough that I found myself being mindful of lift pressure so the pad didn’t take a random walk across the paint like Godzilla on a bad day. That said, with this kind of power, you want a little weight behind it. It helps keep the machine stable and lets the tool do the work. All in all, it’s a solid, well-built machine with power, precision, and a box full of extras. For the price, this is exactly the kind of tool I like to keep in my garage—well thought-out, easy to use, and ready for real work.
