This is the first full sized winch I've purchased. Mounted it up in a receiver hitch cradle with zero issues. Put it straight to work winching heavy materials onto my trailer. Remotes work fine, winch looks good and did everything I asked of it. Two minor picks, the cast metal hook is not confidence inspiring and generally clunky and lame, also the rope lead is clearly not going to be as durable as steel cable. Not a surprise but always a decision to make when choosing a winch. I really like it overall, especially at tiny sale price! ... show more

Haven't mounted it yet. Don't know how or if it works. Everything was in box. Very thorough. Even has a rubber winch cable stopper. One issue I have is most every winch comes with a hook that are hard to get a good connection. I bought a HD winch hook to replace cheap ass hook you get with winch. I'll update once running. I really like this winch. It comes with everything. They shirted me 2 stainless steel washers on the rubber bumper hardware. I’m surprised how small the screws were to mount the contactor/relay. I won’t use those. The relay is quite heavy and needs heavier duty screws IMO. The other thing is the hardware is 8.8 hard zinc steel. I would think the hardware should be black zinc anodized like the fair lead plate or stainless. I will get the black bolts to supplement. Also it would be nice if they would include loctite. ... show more

I returned this and never used it. I did inspect it, it looks decent for $100. But i had a feeling I’d break it as it’s small in comparison to a warn 2000 winch. All of these cheap China winches seem to be the same with just different branding, i decided to return the off brand winch and upgrade to a warn vrx4500s, glad I did. ... show more

I installed on my 2022 Yamaha Kodiak 700. Fits great. Installation took a little time but it was pretty straight forward. After reading about issues with the mounting plate, I bought a KFI mounting plate that was specific to the Kodiak. Mount fit perfect only needed 4 bolts and it was in. Used the winch to drag out some downed trees at the back of the property. Handled the load with ease. Plan on getting a snow plow for ATV. PA winters can be fun on the farm ... show more
