200 for $40 is a great deal. They were are not XXL size as advertised. They are an average size for tumble weed fire lighters. With the same inconsistent sizes as all the other brands on the market. Good product.

Tried using 2 different starters out of box. Noticed several things. They are NOT consistent in size (length or width). They took longer to catch on fire then the other brand, but yes they did light and work for my charcoal chimney starter. But as I start to separate them Into containers I noticed that the box has LOTS OF SEPARATION of the material. Also found small pieces of raw wood.have no patience to count if there is actually 400 pieces in box. I will never be able to use all of the box for bbq. My intention was/is to give some away. The price is good, just wish product was consistent with less loose material

Have a Big Green Egg, prior firestarters not doing the job. So took a chance on this product and very happy with the resulting fire. The starter held up to have the lump charcoal get lit and going. Will purchase again.

Easily lights with 1 match..Much easier than the dome shaped sawdust & wax ones. Burns long enough for a firestarter.. Not all same size though...some are 2in other 3.5in. Shed wood shavings & parifin dust like a cat sheds hair..Definitely messier than other fire starters I've used, but not enough to keep me from purchasing these again (the shed wood shavings easily ignight if placed in a pile...I just pick up all the loose and store in a ziplok bag for later use). I would recommend these fire starters.

I'm not paid to review this. It's October 14th 2022. I tested out 3 (the photos are the last 2). Both of them lasted between 4mins and 6mins which ur your making a fire, this is ample time to grt dry items burning. I pit 4 stars because they said TWICE in product information it burns up to 10mins and all 3 of mine tested it wasn't even close. It does burn quickly which is great and does its job well. So worth buying in my opinion. Just don't like when they lie in the information
