Even though it SAYS it works for specific power supplies the connections are different as are the mounts. Buy an original power supply. This will not work!

PS5 failed when house was hit by a bad storm. No response from unit when trying to power on decided to take other online advice and replace power supply. Followed YT video and saved the PS5. Powered up and is working again. No issues so far with replacement power supply.

I received a used Sony power supply. Obvious wear and tear. It was in a box and in a unsealed bubble wrap bag. It had a broken tape seal before telling me it was not new and a returned item.
