Was a used/like new item. Was a bit worried about the power output at first. Fan doesn't automatically turn-on when you do turn it on.....(Thermostatically-controlled I guess.) It seems like an OK power supply. We'll see how long it lasts with an 80 watt output Yaesu FT-2980R....The last power supply I had was a 23 amp one that lasted 2.5 years. I downgraded a star in rating only because the case feels a little on the cheap side. I'd have rather had a cigarette lighter plug on the front instead of only a 2amp power USB-A port...Didn't expect an Ameriton BUT you can still wish for a few more things you've had before.
