Picked this up to use as a base for choji oil (machine oil + clove oil for rust prevention). I don't think the bottle tip has a good design -- it never fully seals, even with the provided cap. I've DIYed a solution using some hot glue and a thick pin, but I still make sure the bottle stays upright or it leaks. Otherwise, the oil itself is great for keeping my Serger and Brother machine running smoothly. As it comes, the oil is odorless and clear. This listing had a great quantity for money and the long tip is useful to reach certain gear points. We followed a youtube video to get my old machine going again. This oil is great. Best is the precise applicator to add a drop in a specific place. Machine is still going smoothly.

Product seems sufficient it’s sewing machine oil so I mean it’s pretty basic self explanatory. The only issue I have is maybe better packing . It shipped in a cheap plastic bag and then the usual Amazon bubble mailer . When arrived and opened the whole inside of the bag and the product was covered in oil that leaked out of the bottle . It wasn’t a whole lot that leaked out so it wasn’t worth retuning but oil is super messy . That’s my only complaint the product itself is fine . ... show more

I was just about to throw a cool old vorando fan out because the motor was squealing and wd40 didn't help. I ran across a video that said wd40 is not the same as "engine" oil small appliances like fans and sewing machines need. I boughtt this and didn't even have to take the fan apart to oil the motor because this comes with a very long dispenser nozzle. Fan works great now and Im really glad I didn't throw it out! ... show more
