Bought for its zoom capability - works well. Good resolution and image quality. Nice compact size and attractive. Wish the lens cover was built in instead of a stick-on slider. I added an adhesive rubber bumper to help with sliding it open/close. I honestly never use the lens cover so not deducting for that. Like the remote control to easily zoom and pan. Easy to set up and connect.

Good quality video, I am finally able to zoom in and face the camera (no longer have to clean my office every time I'm on Zoom or Teams - aka - throw everything in a pile off camera). I still can't make it come up in my camera app though - should be able to and have not been able to make that work - once you open a video conferencing app, it's there and works great, the remote with zoom and volume works well.

I purchased my NexiGo N940P camera exactly 15 months ago and it worked perfectly for the entire time on daily Zoom, Webex, Teams, Google Meet, etc. I used it daily, and it worked perfectly. I contacted support via email, and received this reply: "...it does sound like this device is having a hardware issue. At this time the device is out of warranty and we would recommend purchasing a replacement unit." I have purchased a replacement unit from Logitech and do not intend to purchase any other NexiGo products, ever. Thank you for making this decision so easy for me!

I’ve been using this camera for over a year now. I can’t believe how sturdy it is! It’s fallen down a couple of times. One time when it fell, the clip broke off. Luckily, I was able to glue it together and mount it on my camera tripod. It has a little screw hole in the bottom for tripods. It’s taking some beatings and is still working. Auto focus works really well. The picture quality is fabulous for broadcasting. It does not do well in low light. So if you get this, you will need to use a lot of light in the room. I guarantee that when this camera finally dies, I will be purchasing another one of the same brand. I highly suggest it!

So I do really like this camera and I like all the features and that it comes with a remote however, the thing I don’t like is that how I appear really varies from call to call. If I zoom in on one call or zoom back because I’m too close The next call it doesn’t stay consistent what I adjusted to. Many coworkers have seen practically up my nose. Would still recommend just with disclaimers.

This camera works way better than the built in webcam on my laptop. Completely plug-&-play (Windows 10) and works flawlessly. Picture quality and automatic focus are greatly appreciated compared to previous webcams I've used in similar price range. I use this for work and play using Zoom and Google Meet for web consulting and the occasional YouTube video (reviews mostly). I've not had much occasion to need to use the remote that comes with it - but it functions well as advertised (honestly I just don't remember to use it since I'm so used to the keyboard controls) it's a nice option though. I would purchase again. It sits nicely on the monitor and is easy to adjust. The 360 degree swivel is handy to have - my other USB webcams lack this option. I would purchase this device again if another cam was needed.

Too much noise in the picture. I have key lights and room lights etc… there is still noise. If you reduce the sharpness, then it gets blurry but not smooth clear photo… I am not really satisfied with this webcam. My 2017 iMac’s webcam on the screen does a bit better job. Still have time to return, let’s see… Maybe Logitech would do a better job? Gotta test it.-- UPDATE: I don't recommend this webcam. Picture quality and compatibility are quite bad. I am in the market for a new webcam or perhaps a mirrorless camera.
