Great Phone. I had the LG Zone 3 with only 8G memory and no matter what I did to clear out the clutter, I barely had any memory left so I purchased the latest model from LG as I desperately needed more storage. Love it ! 16GB of memory and additional 2TB, whatever that is I guess I'll find out. This phone suits my lifestyle, I'm a retro woman so I don't need anything fancy and I am not into the latest tech gadgets, only what I need to use. Now I have more than enough memory to use on this phone, although with all the applications installed, it uses half of the 16GB, but at least I have about 8GB left for other things. The camera is fantastic, so clear and vivid, the pictures are great. With the older version of this LG, the photos would always turn out blurry ! Glad I bought this and much cheaper here on Amazon than the Verizon store. Had no problems activating it either ! ... show more

    • Nice phone, but .....
This seems like a pretty good phone for the buck, but it wouldn't activate - Tried for a few hours last night with Verizon tech, but was cut off at 9pm. Finally this morning tried again, and the tech guy suggested I do a "factory reset on it" - And THEN it activated :~) So don't give up, if you get one of these that won't activate at first. ... show more

    • Texting problems,very little storage seems even less then 16
Most people in my life unfortunately use texting. This phone is maddening for texting. I understand auto correct is on phones, tablets, etc. This is way more then that! I typically have to retext about 3 times for the average text. Sometimes even then, it will type out it's own words! Multiple words- not just letters! It's bizarre. At that point i give up and just say forget it, and don't send the text. I might need to get back to work, the kids or whatever. Second is the lack of storage. My last LG had the same amount of storage and yet- I got SO MUCH MORE out of it. Something is wrong with this phone. Maybe I got a lemon, who knows why it's this bad?! Just, if you can wait until you can add $30. more to your phone purchase, I would wait. In the meantime maybe buy one of the workhorse flip phones. ... show more

Very good phone at a very good price. I've not activated it yet with Verizon because it works as a wifi phone with Google Voice and Hangouts Dialer. I'm watching the NFL playoffs on it free with the NFL app and wifi.
