Great Phone. I had the LG Zone 3 with only 8G memory and no matter what I did to clear out the clutter, I barely had any memory left so I purchased the latest model from LG as I desperately needed more storage. Love it ! 16GB of memory and additional 2TB, whatever that is I guess I'll find out. This phone suits my lifestyle, I'm a retro woman so I don't need anything fancy and I am not into the latest tech gadgets, only what I need to use. Now I have more than enough memory to use on this phone, although with all the applications installed, it uses half of the 16GB, but at least I have about 8GB left for other things. The camera is fantastic, so clear and vivid, the pictures are great. With the older version of this LG, the photos would always turn out blurry ! Bought this as an emergency replacment for a broken zone 3. The zone 4 is a little larger and weightier, which I like...I don't like flimsy feeling phones. The screen isn't a lot larger but it was enough to make it easier to use the keyboard without as many big finger typos. I also like that there are numerals above the qwerty keyboard, it makes it easier to key in things like passwords where you might be inputting mixed characters. I bought it with the screen protector and case and I suggest that for anyone buying this phone. Might as well get the accessories you know will fit this phone. Had a lot more bloatware than the previous version but a decent amount can actually be deleted. Small thing, all of the notifications sound the same. The zone 3, each of my email accounts could be given a different sound and texts could have another etc, but if it can be done on this phone, I've yet to find out how. A first world problem to be sure, but I'm not supposed to use my cell at work but I may be expecting important texts...it'd be nice to be able to differentiate a text from an app notification or email without having to pull the phone out of my pocket. ... show more

So far it's been a pretty good phone Edit, I bought this phone Dec 2019, it's been a pretty decent phone for the last 2 years. The battery is having trouble holding a charge these days and I just dropped it for the 3,569,834th time and finally spiderwebbed the screen. No case or screen protector all this time.     • Texting problems,very little storage seems even less then 16
Most people in my life unfortunately use texting. This phone is maddening for texting. I understand auto correct is on phones, tablets, etc. This is way more then that! I typically have to retext about 3 times for the average text. Sometimes even then, it will type out it's own words! Multiple words- not just letters! It's bizarre. At that point i give up and just say forget it, and don't send the text. I might need to get back to work, the kids or whatever. Second is the lack of storage. My last LG had the same amount of storage and yet- I got SO MUCH MORE out of it. Something is wrong with this phone. Maybe I got a lemon, who knows why it's this bad?! Just, if you can wait until you can add $30. more to your phone purchase, I would wait. In the meantime maybe buy one of the workhorse flip phones. ... show more

I like the phone, however, I need A 5ghtz phone and this is not a 5g phone. So, where I thought I was taking a step up, I was taking a step back. But if you don't need a 5g phone, it's a Wonderful little phone.

Very good phone at a very good price. I've not activated it yet with Verizon because it works as a wifi phone with Google Voice and Hangouts Dialer. I'm watching the NFL playoffs on it free with the NFL app and wifi.

Easy to use. Software isn't owned by Google so you don't have to have an account with Satan Alphabet just to use the freaking calendar. Sadly, LG is about to become obsolete with Verizon. Dang it. If you buy a phone this old you will go through a nightmare of updates as well. Just beware.
