Great set of head phones, especially for the cost. They look really cool and I love the red ones I got. They seem to have a fine mic pickup volume, haven't had any issues with that except maybe turning up input volume a bit for meetings online. They are nicer headphones than my Razer Krakens and that's saying something. I bought these as an extra set but they ended up replacing the Krakens I normally use. I don't have a great ear for sound quality, but they have sounded just fine for gaming, online meetings, and listening to music. The audio quality and mic quality are very good on this headset. I've actually gotten feedback from people asking me what I use for a mic because I "sound so clear." The headset itself is a big larger than I expected, but does fit nicely. The pads at the bottom of the hear do come off my skin a bit, but playing with the headband to adjust the fit settings works better. These are NOT great for noise cancelling. You can hear background noises and while the sound is muffled to allow you to focus, you can absolutely hear if someone is yelling for you (like your kids in the other room). The audio connections are 100% wired with standard 3.5mm headphone and microphone jacks (includes the "Y" splitter for systems with separate audio out and microphone in jacks), the USB is strictly for the RGB LED lights. You can leave this unplugged if you want and it still works. Overall, I give 4 out of 5 stars and I'm happy with this purchase. ... show more

Works great! I'm using it in Zoom meetings with colleagues and students and it's working great. I can hear them and they can hear me without all of the other sounds going on in my house! The lights are fun. They are comfortable, but they do make my ears really hot! They help me hear what's going on in my meetings and they let me hear enough from the household that if my little one needs something I can still be mom! I would not use these just for sound cancellation, if that's what you need. ... show more

My twins love this headset for gaming and they also used them for school. They really light up features they say it’s really cool because the mic also lights up and changes colors. One of the headsets mic stopped working. I reached out the the manufacturer Ziumier explained the issue we were having and they immediately sent us a new headset. Customer service is amazing we received the new headset in less than a week. We are very happy with Ziumier and we will continue to looks for items to purchase from this company! The headphones look nice but after a day of use the microphone went out. I followed all troubleshooting steps and while it shows the headphones are in my computer the microphone on the headset refuses to work. I got the protection plan but im not even sure if these headphones r worth replacing with another set. I would definitely recommend something else. ... show more

I've had this for a while the only problem I had was the adapter to turn the lights on the headset itself ended up buying a new adapter and it works like a charm. I game and usually play apex and you can hear everything!
