This water level includes a battery saving indicator that continuously blinks and beeps to remind the user that the unit has been left on. Unlike other electronic water levels, the WL25 can be used both indoor and outdoor with its easy to read display, even in bright lighting situations both indoor and outdoor. The key for optimal performance? Be sure to install a new 9V battery with an extended expiration date.

This product worked really well for me. It was very easy to use with the supplied water filling attachment and as long as you read the documentation and are patient with the water settling down especially if the hose is suspended and moving then will give you incredibly accurate result

No matter how much I messed with it it would beep at random saying level then not level. Would not trust it out of sight. If you want an expensive water level you’ll end up using as a manual one but this. Do not trust it to level something off the sounds. It is extremely loud

Imagine having a product you literally need to fill with water to function, and it’s not waterproof! While filling with garden hose water splashed across meter and now it does not beep anymore. Perhaps if it dries out it will work again but who knows? Even if it works again it will almost certainly get wet again when it must be refilled. Do I put a plastic bag around it to fill it up? What a terrible design flaw that should have been anticipated or discovered in product testing during development. ... show more

Not a better mouse trap. This is basically a water level with a loud beeper. It would be handy if your vision is impaired. However, your eyes tell the story by watching the water settle to level in the tube. Even around corners. Just buy a length of tube to do it and save the money.
