We a bought condo in an old building where central AC was retrofitted some 15-20 years after it was built. The only place to put the unit was on the balcony. This product does nothing about the noise when we are outside, but it looks 100% better outside and looking out from inside. It comes in very small panels that need to be pu together, takes quite awhile, think IKEA, you get this small package that turns into a kitchen when you finish. It was a breeze to put together. I glued the little caps onto the top w special glue to give it a more finished look. It looked nice without them but I did it anyhow. I just love it. This is JUST THE TOP! Be sure you know that before you buy, because you’ll need the wall pieces as well. You also definitely need a drill to put it together.

You MUST have an electric screwdriver or drill with screwdriver bits to assemble. And a good size table to do the assembly on. That said, it’s less than 10 min. from start to finish. And it really gives your a/c screening a finished look. Love it!

I scored a warehouse deal on this and it's wonderful quality. Only 6 screws made for fast assembly. Looks fantastic and fits perfectly. Great vinyl quality and shines nice.

Same pattern as the Wilmington but doesn't fit the Wilmington enclosure. Only fits the lattice enclosure. Don't make this mistake.
