I assumed that this product couldn’t possibly work as perfectly as it claims, but it does!!! My 6yo and 9yo sons are enchanted with it. Until he tried this mask today, my 6yo was always afraid to put his face in the water (even wearing goggles) and refused to let water get in his ears. After I put the mask on myself and showed him it really does work, he put it on and within minutes was front-floating freely in our hot tub (he can’t even do a back float normally, let alone swim), in raptures about how much fun it was to be able to see the bottom and completely forgetting to worry about the fact that his ears were under water. The mechanism that keeps water out if you go deep enough that the snorkel tube is under water works perfectly, too—I could hardly believe it. You can’t breathe again until the snorkel tube is above the water line, obviously, but it keeps the water out and lets the air in as soon as it’s above water. My kids are over the moon in love with their new snorkel masks and SO excited to do some actual snorkeling on an upcoming trip. The elastic is adjustable, and stretchy enough to fit an adult head just fine. (On an adult face, the bottom of the seal sits on the front of the chin instead of the fire on of the chin, but it still totally works! I’m tempted to buy one for myself.) Took my son snorkeling for the 1st time and we tried both the standard goggles and mouth piece, and this. No comparison! He was in love with it! Instantly did it, confident, and especially with salt water. Doesn't get in the mouth and eyes as easy, which is the biggest hurdle of the ocean. So if you can make that even easier for kids trying to do this, do it! Success! Also had a blast with it in the pools and diving for toys. This snorkel mask is very impressive! You can go under water and when you come back up you can continue to breathe like normal. It seals very well to my sons face and hasn’t seemed to fog up yet. He loves it and I would definitely recommend it. Now I want a bigger one for myself!!

    • Doesn't leak for my 3 year old old; wish it had clips on the strap

This mask works well for my 3 years and 2 months old kid. It hasn't leaked and he says he loves it. My toddler can snorkel! The one thing I'd change is I wish it had adjustable slider clips on the elastic head strap. It is not as easy to get on and off my son's head as my adult mask is. On my mask, the clips allow the staps to be open as I place the mask and staps over my head and face, then snap the clips together after it's positioned. With this one of my son's, we have to stretch the straps way out to try to get it over his head, which he sometimes freaks out about cuz it pulls his hair. But all in all, great product and I'd recommend it. Hope they make a version with strap clips next! ... show more

This isn’t my first full face mask so I know what I like and don’t like about them. They are all conceptually brilliant but the ones I have previously purchased leaked and didn’t fit properly. I was nervous to try again but I desperately wanted to snorkel with my children on our break. I just can’t articulate how fantastic this mask is and how it changed our time together. So easy.
