First I would like to start by saying I’ve been eying a little fireplace for my bedroom for about 2-3 months. I am someone who compares products, reviews, price for quality. So I felt REALLY good about this purchase. I’m going to try to keep it short & not rant. But I am super disappointed. Why I’m leaving 2 stars is because once FINALLY assembled, it is an okay fireplace but it is NOT as described. & I see NOW, they have CHANGED the description AFTER I purchased it. I specifically ordered THIS fireplace for the fact the FIRE ITSELF WAS ADVERTISED TO CHANGE COLORS. NOT THE DIMNESS!!!!!! But the color itself !!!!!!!!! IT DOES NOT. & now I look at the description & it only shows the dimness of the fire & not the different colors for the fire itself. Literally this was why I picked THIS exact fireplace. It was the cheaper one with the better reviews of doing just that, CHANGING COLORS. I went to put it together myself but (I hope I word this correctly for you to understand) the directions do not accurately display the real life result of said direction. & I am no engineer, however the directions simply were NOT correct. I finally had help putting it together. I’m not exaggerating, HOURS. 5 hours for this thing. Trying to find the solution for the problems we had from FOLLOWING the directions. It’s like they had the pieces labeled wrong, & had the pieces, shown in the direction's , attached to other pieces that they weren’t supposed to be attached to. So we had to basically assemble this thing with no directions at all.
