This is the best backpack I have made a purchase ever in my life. It can handle storage capacity and organization system. It has high zipper quality. It is very difficult for thieves to attempt stealing. With the highest quality in a long term, it has a great value, to be honest. It's perfect to carry everywhere even to work, school, etc. I haven't had any problems since I had this backpack last year. I would make a suggestion to make this backpack even more better-- making this backpack a mini version or iPad version. That would be awesome. Highly recommended.

This book bag is ingenious. I am SO glad I bought it for my most recent work trip. I was able to expand it as my carry on and pack extra clothes for me and my daughter. Then I could slim it down for when I needed to bring it to conference/meetings I needed to attend. It looked professional and slim. It is very comfortable, has a lot of space and pockets. I bought the navy one...I will say the video is not entirely accurate (hence 1 less star). The bag doesn't open all the way up for the clothes section and it does not have that zippered net. I wish it did have both those features...so I was disappointed about that. Otherwise, I'm still really happy with this purchase!

Shoulder straps, the padded parts, are way too short. To give you an idea, the chest strap almost chokes me. It might work for kids. Not for long trips. It's a pitty because the actual bag suits my needs.
