I bought this mattress topper for my stateroom bed onboard a large navy ship. The topper was about 2-3 inches short of covering the entire mattress lengthwise but filled the entire slot widthwise which is more important. Comfort was excellent - a little softer and sank in a little more than I expected but honestly that led to sounder sleep despite some very loud activities going on at all times of the day. With this topper I probably slept more soundly than I did at home on my $3000 memory foam mattress. I did use it for a few nights without a mattress sleeping on a carpeted floor, because it's so soft you definitely feel the floor, so I wouldn't recommend it as a standalone - but it's not designed for that. With that said, there's a small tear (about 3 inches) where I folded it to take it off the ship, so I'm not sure it's really appropriate to be moved multiple times. and I'm not sure how long it will last. But for what I bought it for, it served its purpose well. ... show more

Pros: 1. I slept better last night than on our old topper, but then again our old topper was probably 4 years old and starting to sag in the middle. (I wish I could remember where and which brand our old one was because it's 4" and obviously high density. We loved it.) Hubby didn't notice it was a new one until morning when he found the old one on the floor on my side of the bed. He said it must be a good one for him not to have noticed. 2. It's light weight so easy for me to move around and flip by myself. The verdict is still out as to whether this is a pro or con so I'll put it in both places. It seems kinda cheapo and like it won't last. 3. If it needs returned, I'm pretty sure I can roll it up and get it back into the box. Again, that could say something negative about the quality. 4. There was no odor whatsoever. Cons: 1. This topper is smaller than our queen sized bed, even though we bought a queen. I don't think it's a full size thought and it was labeled "queen". 2. It is NOT 3" memory foam and it's very hard to tell if it has all the "charcoal", "gel infused", "green tea infused" qualities it claims to have. 3. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt seriously this is going to last much longer than 6 mos. ... show more

It's not actually a full size. I know this because my bed frame and mattress are all from the same brand, so it's a couple of inches too short width and height wise. The sizing thing is easy to overlook if you're not sharing your bed, though. Everything else about it is well worth the buy, though.
