Waited for 1 week to write this comment. Overall the mattress is good and comfortable to sleep. However it Inflated to 9 inches and not 10”. For this price , this mattress is good and recommended.

It was very easy to unroll and release the pressure. It was fun to watch it expand to it's full size. Very comfortable. Just the right amount of support. Other reviews state that there is a chemical odor to it. I noticed no odor at all. Worth the money for sure.

    • Comfortable but springs are very obvious to the feel

We ordered a queen foam bed in a different "firmness" that was super comfy but it was not available in a king. So, we thought we'd try this king with the "pocket springs." King size set-up was actually pretty easy with one person. Be careful when you cut the outer plastic since it will literally pop open! The mattress fully expanded pretty quickly but the topper was a bit askew with one side hanging way over further than the other side. I'm hoping it will even out when fully expanded. I didn't measure the height because frankly, I'm stuck with it given the other comments about the difficulty in returning. It'll do as far as thickness goes. When I first sat on the bed and it felt very bouncy. I thought - oh man, this is not going to work. BUT when I laid down I felt adequately supported and I didn't get the feeling the whole thing will move when two people are in the bed. I read the reviews about not having support along the edges and I get what they mean, but I have a king so I don't have to get that close to the edge! Sitting on the edge was no biggie. I'm not sure what that complaint is all about. THE ONE THING THAT WAS SO SO DISAPPOINTING is how easily felt and obvious the springs are. High quality mattresses usually have padding wrapped around the springs (this version called them "pocketed") and there is often additional padding on the outer perimeter of the mattress so you cannot feel the springs. NOT TRUE WITH EITHER ON THIS MATTRESS. When you touch the sides the springs are right there in all their glory - and they do not feel wrapped at all. If you notice on the photos, you can see the spring through what appears to be a thin synthetic "pocket". No padding to keep you from feeling them. ALSO NOTICE THAT THE PADDING ON TOP IS ONLY 3.75"! In my opinion, a hybrid mattress should be a nice mix of both springs and padding. This one seems to be mostly springs. I'm not hopeful that the thin 3.75" foam topper will last long. We'll see. I'll update in a few months. ... show more
