I have been using Zildjian 5Bs since I started, they are not available locally, and it is great to have prompt delivery. I play kind of loose, so the coating is a definite plus. I have used discount sticks and they don't last nearly as long. Trying to place drumsticks by preference is rather subjective so I'll just say good product, good service. These are just what we needed. My husband has a form of arthritis that makes his hands hurt very much. When we tried to play Rock Band with the family, he loves to drum, but often dropped the drumsticks. These provide just enough 'sticky' to keep them in his hands. Exactly as described!
