I was hesitant to order a chair like this because I was worried about it getting damaged during shipment or that it would be hard to assemble. I was wrong. Everything arrived in great condition. I was able to put most of the chair together by myself. Once it came to putting the arms on, it was easier with help. The chair is a little on the heavy side but it's very sturdy. The chair itself is comfortable. I like having multiple options for reclining. I didn't install the cupholders yet but I'm sure they are handy to have. The pull out foot rest is easy to use and makes a huge difference when using.

is NOT HDPE as described. It is HIPS. But I kept it anyway because HI PS is the next best thing to HDPE and the wood grain on this is fabulous really looks good. apparently the wood grain can only be done well in HIPS and it cannot be done in HDPE. Anyhow seems to be well made. Looks great. the assembly instructions are The absolute best I have ever seen. could not be any better.

Three months ago I struggled to assemble the first one. It was physically and mentally too difficult and I messed it up a little. And I’ve assembled a lot of furniture; it’s usually pretty easy. But that was the day I went to the ER with a kidney stone. Today I did the second one, no problemo, just me, a 64 year old not very strong woman, and I saw what I’d done wrong on the first one and fixed that one, too. A hundred times easier with an electric drill than trying to use the little screwdriver that comes in the package, even though there are only a few screws. They chairs are comfy and sturdy and they look great. Gonna need some pillows as the seat is a little hard on my delicate princess ass. I’m glad to have them done in time for the 4th of July. The moral of the story is: don’t try to assemble furniture when you’ve got a kidney stone!

Was easy and quick to assemble. Very pleased with the look and feel. They are pretty heavy, so hopefully the wind doesn't blow them away. They look like painted wood, but are made more durable. They fold up for easy and fast storage. These chairs are extremely comfortable and roomy even for someone a bit overweight. They have quickly become everyone's favorite seats on the patio. Now I have to order two more for the pool deck. They are worth the money!!

Very nice, sturdy chairs for my back porch. One of the arm bolts had an issue, but their customer service has been great. I sent them a message and after a short back and forth they sent me a replacement part. They were very responsive and easy to deal with over chat. They took about 45 minutes to put together. They've been out in the Florida summer weather for a few weeks now and are holding up well. No signs of wear or rust on any of the hardware that would show up pretty quickly if there was an issue. The gray color is nice and doesn't get hot in the sun. I wish the cup holders were a tad bigger, but that's a minor detail. The chairs do fold up if necessary and the foot rest easily slides back into the chair to stay out of the way if you don't want to use it. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase!

0 stars all around. This thing collapsed on me the first time I sat in it. 1. Instructions are confusing and awful. If you think they are going to be IKEA quality instructions, they are not. 2. After putting the thing together, I sat in it for the first time and the thing full on collapsed on me. What broke? The one thing that had come factory-built… the brackets came away from the arms. If you look at the pictures, they used the tiniest screws imaginable to hold those things in place, and they had no chance. They ripped right out of the arms and that sent the entire back to the ground. 3. Contacted customer service for the free return. They want the product back. Explained that I don’t have the giant box or any of the packaging, plus the thing is almost fully built so I’d have to take it apart to fit into some box I don’t know how to get, and haul the heavy thing to some return location for this thing that’s broken. Showed them the pictures of the arms and the collapsed chair. Amazon contacted the seller, and nope; they really want this thing back. So, do not recommend in any way shape or form. This thing was an expensive chair that took hours to put together and all the while, the factory had set it up for failure. It says they offer free returns, but if the return process is so cumbersome that you have to un-build everything you did, find a box big enough and then haul it away, then it’s not really free. Oh. The seller emailed me and said I should talk to UPS to coordinate a door-to-door pickup. So there’s something else on the customer’s plate to do. Avoid this thing and this seller like the plague.
