The media could not be loaded. I had one of these before and gave it away as a gift. So this time around I wanted to try the combo pack and it def does not dissapoint. The carrying bag itself is nice and feels good to carry. Extra pockets so you can bring extra stuff with it, not just the gimbal. It does have Velcro straps inside to keep the gimbal in place. As far as the gimbal goes, I cant say enough about this. Its strong, portable and handles the weight of a sony a1 like its nothing. Great for cameras and cell phones. It does everything youd expect it to do, the best part is its made from aluminum so it doesnt weight a lot, but gives a lot of strength without that cheap plastic feel.

I've been using the older Crane M3 gimbal for shooting wedding videos professionally since it came out about a year or two ago. I must have shot around 40 weddings with it, and I was absolutely in love with it... until I lost it a few weeks ago at this out-of-state wedding. Talk about a major bummer, you know? But hey, I immediately went to order another M3 and guess what? They had just released this brand new model called the M3s! How cool is that? The M3s fixes one major headache I had every time I mounted my camera on the previous gen. (I use a Sony A7IV with a 20mm f1.8 lens as my go-to gimbal setup). See, I switch between two quick release plates on my second camera. I put it on a tripod quick release, and my gimbal quick release. And let me tell you, switching between those two plates used to be inconvenient and caused me to skip the gimbal a few times knowing it would take too long (15 seconds in wedding time is an eternity). The old M3 mounting plate came in from the side, and balancing it properly with bigger cameras like my A7IV took like two or three extra steps. But guess what? The new quick release design totally solves that problem! Now I can switch between the two quick release plates without having to rebalance my gimbal every single time. It's a small improvement, but it's a game-changer for me, especially during those crazy wedding shoots. Oh, and here's another sweet upgrade with the M3s. It's got more headroom for balancing on each axis compared to the old model. With the older one, I was pushing the limits on some axes just to get it balanced, barely making it. But with this bad boy, I've got it perfectly balanced with room to spare! That means I can even try out some heavier lenses on it!! So if you're deciding between the M3 and the M3s, trust me on this one—go for the upgraded version, especially if you're rocking a full-frame camera. Zhiyun has really won me over with the awesome stuff they're putting out. Total fan here!

The media could not be loaded. I like this version more than the original M3 and m2s. Main reasons are: 1. Better and faster quick release, although I wish it is tool-less and fit arca swiss. It's proprietary so it's only for this Zhiyun gimbal only. 2. The built in Bluetooth shutter trigger function is nice and saves a lot of time and arm strength. It only works with certain camera brands though. 3. Payload can hold my fx30 or my a7c with Tamron 17-28 lens no problem. Balance is easier and performance is good, image is stable. Little to no jitters when balanced correctly. 4. The built in led light is now brighter and comes in clutch during weddings. First dance and dark scenes now looks better. Downsides 1. It's heavier than my crane m2s, but the payload is higher so it's a compromise. 2. Some of the gimbal adjustments come lose as in become unbalance after a while rolling around in my backpack. Conclusion: Overall if this is your first gimbal, it's a good one as it has all the bells and whistles you need. It can handle all types of cameras from phones to GoPro to mirrorless. Making this a versatile and affordable gimbal of choice.

Poor battery life. Not friendly with Panasonic GH5 or Samsung S23 Ultra. Cannot even assign a simple feature as Shutter Button to the button. No hole anywhere to hook a hand strap. Touchscreen goes haywire whenever there's the slightest moisture in the atmosphere. Great build quality and low profile. Motor overheats after 20 minutes and the gimbal go slack.
