Purchased this chair for Christmas for my son and was very disappointed when the parts are not the right size to assemble the chair. Tried to return it and the only option I am given is Self-Return for a refund! I should not have to pay to return a faulty product. DO NOT BUY !!!!

    • Broken in a month. Wont stay up.
Chair was great for a month. Bought in November... and by the end of Decmber it was already starting to break. It reclines if you lean back and the locking mechanism does absolutely nothing to stop it. Being an engineer, I tightened the nut on the locking mechanism thinking it was an easy fix, but that just was a band aid to the problem. The mechanism is completely trash.... there is no parts to get for it. And amazon wants me to somehow box this whole chair up to send it back. What am I supposed to do, steal a refrigerator box from someplace??? Worst part is... I have never used the recline feature. It just went bad from me leaning back on it. And I am not a big guy, 6 foot 200 pounds. Someone bigger than me would have destroyed this just by sitting on it for a week. This was really disappointing because I really liked this chair at first. 10/10 DO NOT BUY!!!! ... show more

Purchased this chair for Christmas for my son as well we were very disappointed to find out the parts are not the right size to assemble the chair. *Update* The seller sent a new chair all the parts fits together. The chair looks nice, comfortable and works great.
