This was super easy for me to put together by myself in 15 minutes, without tools, and works great! People who review or complain of the drain clogging/stopping...we figured it out! You just have to loosen the top cap slightly on the gray water tank because it’s creating air pressure if not, which pushes up against the drain. We ran into this after some use, and I was wracking my brain trying to understand why it wasn’t draining, even though nothing was visually blocking the drain. My boyfriend quickly figured it out and solved it. They should definitely state that boldly in the directions when connecting the drain hose. I’m sure it would save a lot of buyers from wasting time or thinking they have to drill out the drain screen (which I was almost ready to ask my boyfriend to do!) So just loosen that cap slightly to release the air pressure (the one the drain hose goes into) and voila! Drains perfectly now! I bought this to set up next to a porta potty rental for an event we had (since sink rentals were sold out and backordered due to Covid). Then I brought it into our barn for us and guests to wash hands since we have animals. It’s so stinkin cool and convenient, I love it. Before this, I helped people rinse hands using our yard hydrant/spicket... but this takes it up a notch, and keeps me from having to run get the soap and paper towels for them, etc. The hands-free pump is perfect for Covid too (in my mind), and just takes a little practice to get used to. If you make multiple small and consistent presses on the pump, you get a steady flow that’s just like turning on a tap. I use it often myself and am thrilled. The fresh water tank size is great. My boyfriend was concerned we would have to keep refilling it too often, but we haven’t had to refill it even once yet! The foot pump naturally keeps people from leaving the water running while they are scrubbing with soap, which really extends that water supply. I love it! I mainly bought this model over others, after days of comparing, because it comes with the gray water tank. So convenient and ideal! For my farm and business, I wanted a clean and compact set up where people wouldn’t be grossed out by the sight of the gray water (like in a bucket or jug)...or turned off by seeing us drain it into the grass. And I wanted the option to be able to put it anywhere, even inside. This makes so much sense and looks great, and is versatile because I CAN put it anywhere. It’s also light to move, even when filled. The gray water tank also makes it so I don’t have to worry about a bucket of dirty water getting accidentally kicked over. It is clean looking and secure. The only thing I’m slightly bummed about is now it is $20 cheaper than what I paid for it here a few weeks ago. Oh well! Buy it!

This product arrived timely and was very easy to assemble. It’s very sturdy and not a single defect noted. Also, the recovery tank is the icing on the cake! I’m using it for an upcoming outdoor event.

I don’t review much and rarely am I impressed with a something. But this works great and wish I would have owned it years ago…I have it in my detached garage/shop that has no water. It’s so nice to be able to wash my hands now in the shop…

Fresh out of the box, the soap dispenser did not work. I was annoyed, but I had an event to go to with my food truck the following day, so I grabbed one of my bathroom soap dispensers and made due. I was too busy all season to contact product support, and it doesn't seem like there is product support for this item. Also, It's incredibly annoying setting up the water drainage line. The sink tends to fill with water rather than go down the hose into the container. You have to fidget with it for a while to make it work. The best solution I've found is taking the plastic cap off the dirty water tank completely and simply placing the drainage hose in the container. There's something about the release in air pressure that helps the water drain. Would I buy this product again? No. Not at all. Find a better product elsewhere. I sure wish I did.

This sink worked great! It was an easy setup. Its fresh- and gray-water storage lasted an entire four days with 32 campers! It's easy to control the rate of water it sprays by pressing the dispensing foot siphon slowly or quickly. And the amount of water dispensed per press is plenty to wash your hands clean. The unit stays upright without any additional support. The soap reservoir is very large. The gray-water container seals tightly (with rubber gaskets) and didn't leak during the four hour trip home. It was quick to clean it up after the trip by just running the garden sprayer over it.
