Desha bar works so good and exfoliate your skin you can also use it on your body. It’s not gonna break the bank either. It’s so good to shave with, but it also gets all the dead skin off of your body too.

So I’ve always had issues with razor bumps and ingrowns id always get at least 1 after shaving my bikini area but after using this soap NO RAZOR BUMPS OR INGROWNS ZERO!! I actually use the soap by putting it directly onto my skin instead of using a sudsy wash cloth or something and this soap is extremely abrasive however very effective. I’m not sure if it would have the same amazing effect preventing razor bumps and ingrowns if I were to lather the soap into a wash cloth or exfoliating gloves and wash off with that instead of putting the soap directly on my skin however, hands down THE BEST exfoliating soap I’ve ever used. I use it directly on my skin before shaving and after shaving and I shave every 3 days. I’m going to try this soap with exfoliating gloves instead of applying the soap bar directly to my skin because it kind of hurts lol then I’ll come back with a review IF the soap is not as effective when applied to an exfoliating glove or something instead of straight to my skin. ... show more

The jury is still out on it's ability to exfoliate. When you get it the bar is as smooth as any other soap. After a minute of use the surface becomes rough will grit of some type. Actually feels pretty good on the skin, like a luffa or something. One hopes it reduces ingrown hairs as advertised. I like using an antibacterial soap on my pits, this isn't that. Soaking up with this then Dial is going to leave my skin dry. I remain unconvinced this is doing any good. ... show more

My skin never really feels insanely smooth after shaving but I scrub my legs with this and not only does it feel good as my legs are always itchy due to dry skin, but it exfoliates so well that when I shave it feels like a game changer. My underarms are very sensitive and I’m trying to get them used to being exfoliated as well. Currently I get sore spots using this on them but my skin is just overly delicate that even normal shaving will give me sore spots. I’ve used this twice on my underarms and the second time the sore spots were smaller so I think with continued use this might actually improve my skin there and get it used to exfoliation and then my underarms can also be extra smooth. This will definitely be a shower staple for me. I highly recommend it for legs. ... show more
