Kids get a kick out of using it. Make sure to remember this does not keep cereal fresh, so make sure you’re using it often if cereal is in it. There will be crumbs at the base. I put a lid at the bottom to catch crumbs and discard easily. Still a nice little item if you have the right place for it. I’d like to update that I have changed the way I use this. I now fill it with individually wrapped candies. It works much better using it this way. ... show more

While this works well, and my kids love it, I’m not as pleased with the cleanliness. If you are putting in cereal that leaves a lot of crumbs, say Cinnamon Toast Crunch or even cinnamon life, they drop tons of crumbs when you aren’t even using it. If I bump the shelf they’re on or anything. It’s quite frustrating. If they just made the rubber peices close the gaps more it would more than likely solve the problem. ... show more
