Works as intended. Dry snorkel surely prevents you from inhaling water when diving. Fins are also effective and easy to adjust. Quick tip: make sure to correctly adjust the mask to prevent leakage. If it gets foggy, apply some soap or something.

This is a great set for the price, compact enough for travel and comfortable. I will say that the seal on the mask is not the greatest, it is shorter than other masks where the nose piece rests above your upper lip. Water leaks in and it made it very difficult to snorkel and dive comfortably. The actual lenses of the mask are quite nice though, as well as the adjustable head strap. The snorkel is one of the best I’ve used, it doesn’t require a quick breath to expel water when you resurface. Most of the water drains out as soon as you surface and you can breath right away. The fins are compact and we’re perfect for use kayaking. Great starter set for the price and how fast this shipped it was perfect for my day snorkeling and kayaking around shipwrecks in northern Michigan. It came just in time so I could participate in a group outing with my own gear. ... show more

So I was a beginner at snorkeling when I bought these. I also cannot swim as well as most people who would attempt snorkeling. BUT I'm adventurous and wanted to try it for a while. I did my research and this set had features which a lot of experienced divers would recommend all while remaining extremely affordable. Excellent visibility while diving, the glass is scratch resistant the rubber around the glass is fairly comfortable even after diving around for half a hour. the snorkels check valve works perfectly when you dive down. Now dont expect to swim super smooth with the flippers because they work as intended. I'm not afraid to dive deep when i have these gears on and highly recommend this kit if your interested in learning to snorkel. ... show more
