UPDATED: I had to go through the arduous process of sending the broken chain back (for what reason, I don't know), but was sent the replacement faster than the first arrived, and was able to give it as a gift in time! The second one was much better with a chain that works and clasps properly. The stone was even bigger than the first, so that was nice. My mom, who I gave it to, loves it and wears it all the time. (Scroll through for new images.) ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would have liked this necklace a lot, and was excited about it, until I opened the bag with the snake chain and this unusable chain with no closure or clasp came out. I am very disappointed. This was a gift and now I have to either return this or wait for the sellers to contact me and send me a proper and working chain. This was not cheap and is unacceptable to send, let alone pack up a defective product without realizing the necklace chain (not as photographed; added theirs as reference) is completely defunct. Please do better and please get back to me ASAP, so I can update and mend this review. Thanks. ... show more

This met my expectations. I'm disappointed because the chain they provided was broken and they tried to repair it by soldering it back together. The solder job is obvious and not done well as the chain is only connected on one side. I ended up having to use a chain from another necklace but disappointed I have to spend money on a replacement.
