I had given up on finding a pillow that would satisfy my extremely detailed and quirky needs. I tried the cheap pillows, I tried the extremely expensive pillows. I tried goose down and I tried memory foam (great if you want to feel like you’re sleeping with your head molded into a slab of hardening cement) I even bought one of those “my pillows”. You know the one constantly advertised on television and displayed on every endcap in Walmart. It wasn’t a horrible pillow, it just wasn’t what I had always dreamed of. Especially at that price. The deal-breakers alone knocked out most of the pillows in my exhaustive Amazon search (the filling/foam gets too hot during the night, it doesn’t fall back into shape after bending, it doesn’t bend properly when I put it behind my neck to watch tv, it’s too hard, it’s too soft) I understand that most of these “must-haves for a pillow I’ll use” contradict each other. In retrospect, that mash be why I hadn’t found my perfect pillow...... until now... When these pillows arrived and I took them out of the packaging, it was almost as if there was a faint glow that surrounded them as they slowly pulled in the air and expanded to their size. I gave them a little squeeze just see if I was even interested in getting to second base or not.... I WAS interested. I was VERY interested... This pillow had a firmness yet I softness that I can’t really describe. The inner filling is exactly as described (premium super plush “gel fiber”) But I would have never known what “super plush gel fiber” felt like until I actually got my hands on it. It is amazing! The pillows are very large. They are described as king size, but they are extremely large. They would not fit in my standard pillowcases, but I wouldn’t care if I had to sleep with them with no pillow case at all. I’ve never slept as soundly and as comfortably as I have with these pillows. They are miraculous. A pillow is an extremely personal item and something you really have to experience to appreciate, so I won’t go into too much detail explaining the unexplainable. Also, different people prefer different types of pillows. My roommate saw me on boxing my pillows and came over to look at them. I’ll shorten this part of the story by saying he now owns two of them himself. I want to tell you that, as picky as I am, these pillows are perfection for me... after nearly giving up looking and with several days every month of severe arm/neck/back pain resulting from a C5/C6 disc herniation and resulting radicliopathy, this brilliantly designed pillow almost seems providential. They have the perfect amount of support for my head while giving the perfect amount of resistance. They are substantial in heft, yet soft and fluffy. They are extremely hard to describe, but let me just tell you to do this... Go ahead and buy the pillows. You’re going to love them and if you don’t buy them, you’re going to wish you had. Besides that, if you buy them and for some crazy reason I can’t even imagine, they don’t meet your needs, just return them. That’s the beauty of Amazon and their unbelievable customer service. I do want to add an additional note here: I ordered the pillowcases from the company that made the pillow, Zen. I assumed that, since the pillowcases were made by the manufacturer of the pillow, they would fit. They fit, but not perfectly. That’s why I’m on Amazon right now. I’m going to order some fabric fastener Velcro tabs to put on the opening of the pillowcase to keep it closed. OK, I hope you buy these pillows and I hope you love them as much as I do. Let me know!

I recently purchased the Zen Bamboo Pillows for Sleeping - Set of 2 Queen Size Pillows, and overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. These pillows are incredibly comfortable, with a large, fluffy design that quickly shrinks when you place your head on it. One of the best features of these pillows is their cooling properties. I tend to get warm in bed, and these pillows do an excellent job of keeping me cool throughout the night. Additionally, the pillows are ideal for side sleepers, as they provide ample support and are great for spooning up against. Unfortunately, the pillows were a bit too large for my personal preferences, but I have found that they work well as extra pillows on my bed. If you prefer larger pillows, these would be an excellent option. Overall, I would highly recommend the Zen Bamboo Pillows for Sleeping to anyone looking for comfortable, supportive pillows with cooling properties. They are ideal for side sleepers, and the large, fluffy design provides a luxurious sleeping experience. While they were not the perfect fit for me, I still find them to be a valuable addition to my bedding collection.

Please read if you want the most comfortable bed in the world! This is how i made my bed feel like a hotel bed. I purchased a really expensive mattress and I hate it. Soft, but too firm if that makes sense. I also purchased expensive pillows, but disliked them as well. Well, I found the solution to both problems. Here are my secrets... For the mattress problem, I purchased an egg crate pad...DMI Foam Mattress Topper, Egg Crate Foam Pad on Amazon. I have tried memory foam, poly fill and feather and down toppers, again, spending a fortune. With this inexpensive topper, my life has changed. I sweat a lot at night and this pad does help. Ok, for the pillows, I can't be happier. But order them only if you like the following kind of pillow : - Super Soft and fluffy -Flat and squishy -Super soft to the touch If you like a thick dense supportive pillow, these are not for you. Let me tell you about these. They are much heavier than I expected. The package was heavy! It must be the gel in them. They are flat, but you scrunch them under your neck for the perfect feel. They are actually very cool to the touch. I was surprised. Nothing will take away the heat of your body, but these do help. Just move to a different spot and they are cool again. I topped them off with bamboo pillow cases, LUXEAR Cooling Pillow Cases and they are amazing!! My bed has never been more comfy and I get a great night's sleep.

This pillow completely changed my sleep. It keeps its shape over time and doesn’t flatten from use. It’s very bouncy and soft but not so much that your neck is uncomfortable. I bought the queen size and king size. King size was a little less fluffy to make up for extra surface area. I switch off between the two depending on my mood.
