I wanted to find adjustable dumbbells for health at all joints. These are great! The handles are soft but firm and feel premium It’s easy to add and remove weight. Just match the beads! Their instructions included pictures and were easy to follow The lowest weight is 2lbs, highest is 5lbs, but I've stacked it up to 8lbs. Hehe, but I'm not supposed to. Worked fine though so… Also seems fine to hold them at one end, but I shouldn't do that either... The weights also feel balanced! I really like that I can start small and add weight over time. Definitely cheaper than buying another dumbbell at a higher weight My girlfriend saw them and actually really likes them so I get to use them when she’s not using them. Packaging was great too!
