This has to be the best weighted vest. I got the plain black color. The best part about this vest is it doesn’t go over your head. You put it on like an actual vest and clip in front of your chest. There is a detachable pouch big enough to hold the iPhone 16 pro max. It is well made and perfectly contours my body. It is like a racer back tank top so you have full range of movement in your shoulders and nothing scratches you. The clasp can be tightened or loosened for different size chests. It seems very durable. It is the perfect addition to daily life, not just the gym. Just by wearing this you can challenge your body, work your muscles and improve your posture while doing daily tasks. This is an extremely comfortable vest to wear. Initially I was very concerned about it rubbing or being uncomfortable, but it doesn’t move with walking at all. I haven’t used it for running yet. The size worked great and the weight was accurate! If you’re wanting to do “hot girl walks” this is definitely the vest. If you’re just wanting to add a little weight to your normal girl walks this is the vest for you as well! I have started to use this on my 10/3/30 treadmill work outs and I love it! I also felt that the quality of it was excellent. Stitching and durability seems to be very sturdy!

I previously purchased a different style of weighted vest, which you can adjust the weights. I really did not like the design of that vest because, although it was designed for women, I felt like it pulled down too much on the chest and that area certainly does not need to be pulled down! Haha! I was looking for one designed like this that where I could still adjust the weights. I ran into this one, which has been made popular since a certain brand of home exercise equipment has added a few treadmill workouts with weighted vests. I was worried I wouldn't like that you can't adjust the weight, but, so far, I really like it! I got the 15 lb one and it seems just right. I often work out in the AM or mid-day and am on a sports team in the evening. It's about a mile walk to exercise class, so, I wear this on the walk too and from, and sometimes do a 30 min stair run/walk after working out, or, just walk/jog back. This is perfect because I'm not worn out, but, you do definitely know you're putting in more effort. You can jog easily or walk, or, really do whatever you want. Other reviewers say they keep this on while doing household chores, for example. It does have a smell, but, I kept it outside for a few days on my balcony after I was done exercising and now it's fine. The second day I had it, I left it overnight in my car and it didn't make my car smell or anything like that. It is just the normal smell that comes with Neoprene. I think it's a good value for this kind of product. I bought this instead of another similar one because it came with a bag for your phone, etc., but, I admit I haven't used the bag. I use my normal crossbody bag over the weighted vest, so that the crossbody bag strap isn't trapped. It's a little awkward, but, it works for the short distances I've used it so far.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I liked the way it looked versus others because it rides high and does not come too far down my back or chest. The price was right as well for the 12 pound vest, because I had a $45 gift card I needed to use. I walk my dogs at least a couple times a day (six miles total) and I’ve been hearing Dr. Andrew Huberman talk about the benefits of walking with a weighted vest. I’ve included a couple of photographs to show how it rides kind of high, but it’s very comfortable. I had a difficult time getting it on because I have a nearly 50 inch chest and I am 5‘9“ tall to help you judge how it will look on you. The 12 pounds seems very light for a nearly 200 pound guy, so it probably is best for a small dude and ladies at this weight. Someone mentioned that it has an odd smell. It is not a bad smell, it’s kind of like a new car or new workout gear smell. Kind of industrial, but not unpleasant. It’s funny that in this photograph, my phone case, the shirt, and my watch all came from Amazon!

These weighted vests are the newest thing for women's health. They help build strong bones. Most people use them on walks but I wear mine around the house doing everyday activities. You will quickly feel this in your legs! I would suggest starting with a lower weight if you are not used to working out. I'm up to a 12 pound and it is challenging for me. It is easy to wear and put on. I like the additional pouch for storing your phone if walking.

Very comfortable. Was worried since I have a large chest of the strap would be long enough to reach across to snap it but was a non-issue. I was careful about choosing the weight I wanted to start out with so I got the 16lb. And it was a good choice. I will wear this cleaning house. When I work outside and when I ride bikes and go for walks! The phone case was a surprise plus because I didn't read that it came with one so I'm very impressed.

I have been using this weighted vest for a little over a month now. I am very happy with the quality of the vest, ease of comfort it holds when walking, and durability of the vest. When walking it doesn’t shift around or dig around into my shoulders. I am hoping it’s what I need to hit my workout goals! I have an 8lb right now and when ready will order this exact vest again in a heavier weight. If you’re looking to level up your workouts like me this vest is a solid investment.
