I've been using this weighted vest as a way to keep up my training on days when I don't have time to make it to the gym. I work in a fulfillment center and spend a lot of time on my feet, so adding the vest to walks and other activities has been a convenient way to increase the intensity of my workouts. The material is comfortable, and there is enough padding that the vest doesn't feel harsh or uncomfortable during extended use. It feels durable and well made, and the weight is distributed reasonably well throughout the vest. My main complaints are that the vest runs a bit small and tends to bunch up around the shoulders while wearing it. After a while, I noticed it could feel slightly restrictive in that area. I also wish the weight was adjustable. Being able to add or remove weight would make the vest much more versatile as fitness levels and training goals change. There is also some minor limitation in range of motion compared to exercising without a vest, though that's somewhat expected with weighted gear.
