I just got this 25lb Vest, It's pretty heavy, but I have lost about 30lbs, and is eye opening that I was carrying this weight around before. Im 5"10 and 185lbs currently, with a goal to lose another 15lb. I wanted a weighted vest to ruck in, and also use while on dog walks, as I typically walks dogs 3 times a day. I also have been doing some running and walking with a couple friends who are out of shape, and want some added difficulty as I am slowing down too much at their pace, I tried a run in it, it bounces a bit on the shoulders so I am not sure it is great for that, but is comfortable walking with and It helps with posture too. I have the adjustable straps on the tightest it would go so there is a decent enough room to expand for a bigger person, though it might be a bit loose on someone smaller. I chose this one over others as I wanted one that carried the weight over my chest/shoulders/upper back rather than others that have the weight carried around stomach and lower back. I am 5'1 and this vest fits perfectly.I had to play with the straps a bit, but it sits perfectly on top of the boobs and it's small enough that doesn't look or feel like a weighted vest. The weight distribution is perfect and you can definitely feel core, gluts, tights, and calves activation. After a while you don't even feel the weight on you anymore. I like the fabric its made of. It's softer than most neoprene ones, and the velcro parts are not too big and do not get caught on fabrics or hair like most vests. Another plus is the cellphone pocket and back mesh pocket. I was not into the cellphone pocket when I purchased it online and intended to remove it (it's removable btw), but I ended up using it and it's super helpful! 5 stars ! ... show more

I'm a small female and this was way heavier than I expected it to be. I weigh about 110 lbs, and I ordered the 20lb pack, which is about 20% of my body weight. Know that the weight while it may seem small online, actually is a significant amount when worn on your body. I have worn this every day since I got it for a vigorous 30 minute walk around my neighborhood and I can feel the difference in my health already. My legs are certainly getting a good work out in. It's very comfortable and the pockets on the back (and the attachable Velcro pocket) are convenient. Only downside is that I wish it had a mesh pocket on one of the front straps instead, as I don't like having something on my back inaccessible and the attachable pocket is slightly uncomfortable when worn on the chest strap. Also the straps are in the right places on the chest as not to be annoying, uncomfortable, or in the way (even without a supportive bra on). I looked at many other vests, and found this one was one of the most reasonably priced for the quality. I do wish it was slightly adjustable in weight, but that's usually pretty rare to find in a vest like this. Seems like the material is long lasting, but I will provide an update on that after wearing it for longer. ... show more

I purchased this to make the daily walk I take with my dog a bit more challenging. I purchased the 12lb version and initially thought it was too light, then I hit the hills and realized it worked well. It fits well and is comfortable while walking. I do think it would shift too much to be used comfortably during a run...but since I'm not doing that I don't see it as a problem. ... show more

I ordered the 20lb vest to wear around throughout the day. This vest is very comfortable and easy to put on. The simple buckle in the front works well and I find that I don't really need to buckle it most of the time. The weight is distributed evenly and I don't have any issues with my neck, shoulders or back at all. I wear it on average 3-5 hours a day and take it off when I'm seated.
